Depends. If you don't know what you're doing then it's best to stay away. I was being trained on a machine and the guy teaching me how to use it wasn't doing a very good job. I couldn't find anything on the Internet or UA-cam so I searched the dark web and found a swedish company that had posted training videos for their employees. I used a translation program and learned my machine. The deep/dark web can be useful 🤷🏻♂️
I think a life sentence for the "Dread Pirate Roberts" was a bit excessive. As far as I can tell he was not responsible for any murders, or any like offenses. Yes, he profited from illegal activities, but how many white collar crimes have not, with much less severe consequences.

Dark web is a networking term that means websites hosted inside overlay networks; typically used when referring to anonymity networks specifically. Deep web is an indexing term that means web sites or pages not indexed by search engines. Some but not all of the dark web is indexed. You already access the deepweb, that is just any web site or page not indexed by a search engine. Like account pages. And I provide a guide on accessing the darkweb in my description.

Edit: literally first 10 seconds he says were watching this vid on the regular (surface) web, which is totally wrong. How you see youtube by logging into your youtube account IS the deep web. frist 10 seconds btw smh

Tor improves your safety and freedom, and there's plenty of wholesome services you could use or create. So I don't see why you shouldn't use it.
