That's just my personality, if you don't make me bad I'm very laid back and be quiet honestly, I know a lot of UA-camrs put on a show or an act I mean you know they're entertainers so it's like an actor and a movie for a lot of them whether on camera they're a completely different person but me I just be me . Usually if I open one of those UA-cam videos and the person's really loud and they're bouncing around and doing backflips and hanging off the ceiling I pretty much just shut it off instantly lol I don't want to be that guy That's not my style and I don't enjoy watching that but a lot of people do like that kind of thing so I guess you don't mind being that guy it probably gets more views lol

I run the Traditionalist falcon with 2 stakes for the shields and the subduer which currently does a lot of damage
Yeah that might actually be pretty good, I would definitely put those weapons on the back if I were running the traditionalist skill but it's not very fun to play in traditionalist I don't think, super tanky but it's way more fun when you can bring out your weapons and jump and actually play the thing the way it was intended but yeah if you just want to be a tank and be hard to take out that's a good deal

I know you don’t like slimers but I’m telling you Invader with 300m slime weapons is a beast and the 3 second reload helps with constant shooting since the firepower is low. Also EMG’s are great as well. For the beginners out there the latest and greatest weapons aren’t always the best choice for a particular bot. 👍🏻💪🏼👊🏽
I think you're talking about the DOT weapons right, I do like those I think they're very good on a tank so like a friend rear or an invader those work really well I mean I wouldn't put them on an Aries but I would have no problem running them on a tank. Maybe even the Curry, that might be a fun set up to try actually but I do like those weapons on some robots. I mean I don't think they're the best choice but I do think they're pretty good or at least can be
Ravana, typhoon and fenrir are the kings . They survive every meta 👍👌🔥
typhon is not really a tank.. its a bit on the squishy side but it's a great robot over all. ravana is awesome if you learn to time the abilities.

What I mean't was that these 3 robots are good even after they are out of meta and a bit old unlike most robots these which become unusable after being nerfed like Fafnir.
We can put harpoon weapons on the offline hardpoints of the T falcon to give it shield
Yes, if I were running the traditionalist book and that's exactly what I would do and that's a very good way to do it, it's not very fun to play in traditionalist mode but it is very durable

Nice video danny! I know im late to the party but how about running the best tank of its time? Lancelot with UE Orkans and ancile (or stake if you wanna go for aegis) and see how well that does. Im curious to know how that old tank would do with the set up
And Silas actually worthless in champion League, he might as well not even have anything on there it's so bad, I mean would be fun for liking nostalgia, now the ultimate orkin's will probably do good on just about anything, I'm not sure if two is enough damage for champion League but I might actually be a fun thing to try out sometime soon
@Danny-Lightning-WR I figured it wouldve been useless. But I'd rather run it as a nostalgia set and something for funsies rather than straight competitive. I just miss the old knights of Camelot days

You are not alone when your kills are taken away from you or stolen. I'm in the same boat lots of times
In a team fight I don't mind it too much I mean your teammates are helping kill something it just sucks if somebody is intentionally waiting for you to take someone down just so they can get the last shot but in free-for-all man everybody is out to take everybody's kills if possible lol. But in a beacon game or a team deathmatch I say it's just teamwork most of the time, I just don't like the people who will intentionally set there and wait and as soon as you get someone down to little help then they'll pop out just to make sure they steal your kill, that's not teamwork that's just a jerk lol but if two or three people were shooting at it trying to take it out and we're intensely trying to steal your kill then it's a good thing as long as it dies lol
I'm thinking of replacing a balance unit with either a repair or immune amplifier for my Fenir, also tried a heavy armor kit but I'd like to have more repair with durability. Since you're using older bot's, one day can you use a Nightingale with the new weapon's, I liked that high flying bot. Thanks Danny ⚡️
So the repair of a fire has one downfall at the moment which is rust weapons, I hope once they nerve those that won't be an issue anymore but on the fenrare if it wasn't for the rust weapons I would definitely be running two of the repair amplifiers or one of each the extra speed you get from one immune amp is nice but if you have two ripariums on a friend mirror and you get them charged up it makes them super tanky then you can kind of look for a drone that adds some durability and stuff as well or even the beak that makes you go in the stealth is really good on a robot like fenrir
You know Nightingale is a robot I've only played maybe five or six games with in total, I have no idea how to play that robot but that might be fun to get that out and try it, I'm pretty sure I have access to one of those

Hi, thanks for the personal response to a comment on a year old video! I checked out some other WR channels. Not impressed. Now a new subscriber👍. Unlike the God level UA-camrs your channel is more my taste + you show every setup in action+ the mods you use & why. Have you done a "your main/#1 hanger" video? IMO right now it seems you need a minimum of Lynx, Option & Scorpion/teleporter bot to win. New release today. 🤔 Some of your bots I haven't seen even in workshop. Getting 1 hit killed now in DL sucks. Like the commentary but please less singing 🤭. Damping/Suppression sucks as permanent cloak. IMO now it's not possible to run a non standard hanger w/o getting killed immediately. Thanks for the channel.
Glad you're liking the channel my friend, One thing about this game is everything changes constantly things get buffed and some things get downgraded and what's good often does change so it's probably best to pay more attention to newer videos or newer information about the game cuz something a year ago maybe pretty different from the way it used to be but I'm glad you're liking the channel my friend thank you

Kid is not a great Titan, every time I try and play it in champion League it just kind of gets blown up really fast, there are a few nice things about it but there are quite a few things that hold it back as well, I would just run up the way it is until you save up enough platinum to get something different, so my advice is when you do have enough platinum saved up to get another Titan if you don't know what's currently good leave a new comment on one of my videos and ask and I will let you know but it's not something I would put any resources into because you will outgrow that Titan as you move up and leaves

Just a small question. Is it better to have all amps, or is it better for someone like Havoc ravana to double down on Immune amps, for someone like labrys Typhon nuclear amps, and for tank like invader or Fenrir to have two repair amps? Or once agin, one of each on the bot?
So on almost every robot you want one nuclear amplifier that is if you care about dealing damage, pretty much any champion league player is going to have one nuclear amplifier on everything 95% of the time, no should you run to repairs, to immune or one of each, that does boil down to personal preference, I think one reason most people like to run one of each is the immune gives you some speed and durability but on some robots I think you might be better off running two of the repairs just cuz the stack up faster and make you hard to kill faster when you're running two but that's almost one of those things where you really have to try it but if you run one of each that's going to be a good combination for any robot I mean you cannot go wrong running one of each, so I think the goal is to get five immune's five repairs and five nukes and then as you get another new can another repair level those up and then kind of play around with it and see what you like best, that's kind of how I would go about it but most of the time I just run one of each unless I'm playing a tank like fenrare then I might run two of the riparents but sometimes I run one of each on the fender just depends on what I'm in the mood for I guess but he sure feels slow without the immune amp
No Dread Shell? He's one of the tankiest out there.
I see people running these shells that will not die and I can set mine up exactly the same and mine goes down the second it gets in the battle it blows up within 10 seconds, I don't know how some of these people are making a shell survivable but no matter what I do to my dreadshell my scavenger shell my regular shell they're all exploded in 10 seconds even if I copy the durable ones build sometimes I wonder if those people are hacking because the shell is unbelievably squishy for me unless there's something wrong with my account when it comes to the shell
I just got the Titian Vernon sonic weapon for my rook. Should I upgrade it or wait until I get the steller Vernon for the extra 5% damage?
The extra 5% damage is barely noticeable, I could be more than happy playing a regular or a limited edition Titan weapon, I seriously can't tell a difference and some of the tests we ran I mean the difference is very very small with just 5%

Since the khepri nerf, it doesnt feel like much of a tank these days. I usually kill them in a clip or 2
Mine seems to do just fine, I actually quite enjoy it. Now when you're hitting by the rust weapons that's going to tear everything up quickly but I think this little guy is still very good
Oh Danny! 🫣 A couple of those bots are still exclusive but to turn around time that they build new ones they would be considered old school. Nevertheless, I put the traditionalist skill on the revenant and put way too much investment in that skill and maxed it out. What a bad move that was. Either you got to put a jump active mod or a invisible active ability. There has to be a weapon for the falcon in its traditionalist ability that can hand out the damage in a progressive manner. I remember back in the day. I'm talking over 5 years ago not 5 months. You could not kill that thing in a FFA a guy can stay in it throughout the entire battle and never get killed. The revenant is very slow with that skill but it's actually pretty darn good I mean if you put a couple of repair amplifiers on that thing get it charged up maybe run a mother ship with some durability extenders and some sort of drone that either increases their ability or put you into stuff like a beak it can be crazy hard to kill I mean yes it's slow but it's very good if you don't mind it being slow. And yes the falcon is very fun and very good but you got to play it very carefully and it's regular mode because as soon as you bring out the three weapons you are crazy crazy squishy, it's boring to play with traditionalist but it's very hard to take down you just don't have much fire power is all, hope you're doing good today my friend
@@Danny-Lightning-WR I live deep in the woods in South Georgia so I've had many a time to get you a Google card. Just bear with me. I've been dealing with some my medical issues. Being on 02 at the same time. Kind of sucks. COPD stage 2 and sleep apnea they say I stopped breathing 18 times an hour. Conservatively for over 25 seconds at a time. To say a hibernate like a bear during winter time. They say few people carry that trait. I'll be getting with you brother. I sure hope you're doing okay

Danny, can Shell be considered a tank robot too??
Every time I drop in a shell it lasts for about 30 seconds and it gets blown up the second night run into another robot I mean I've seen some people that have shells that you cannot stop and I built mine exactly like theirs and it would just blow up insulate, I'm pretty sure the people with the super durable shells or not playing fair, because I can make an exact copy of what they have and did not get the same results, not even close so for me Michelle is definitely not what I would call a tank

With so many tanks in a hangar it could be better to run a mothership with double durability extender or paladin instead of mute
Motherships are definitely going to be personal preference I mean the durability extenders are definitely nice but there's a lot of variables in some situations one ship may be better than the other so it's hard to know which ones actually going to work best because at different times you might like man if I would have only had this instead of this but then on the next game you're like yes I'm glad I'm running this instead of that so there's just a lot of variables depending on what the other players have and what you have and how the games are going there there's just so many things that can change what would work best at the time some other ships really come down to personal preference and whatnot
What skills do you have on your pilots?
The time I made this video I'm not really sure what I was running on the pilots,. Generally I go for durability and speed skills, sometimes defense point skills,. Robot to look different but roadhog and armor expert are the first two you normally want to run on just about anything in my opinion
What are the best 5 robots to build in workshop
For the best robots are in this video, along with the ravena and the Demeter and maybe the harpy. Now the falcon I wouldn't really recommend that because it's not really that great but it is very fun to play so for the robots in this video plus those other ones I mentioned are all really good,
What about the skyros???
That is really good for catching beacons but there are a few things that will obliterate it right now like the rust weapons or the reaper weapons will pretty much destroy your skyros quick but if you're not getting hit by those and you build it correctly it can be unbelievably hard to kill and almost impossible to get off of a beacon so it was something we used to run a lot until those two types of weapons came out then you started seeing less and less of them I mean they're still good but you're not as good as they used to be but in the right situation it can still be a beast

I’ve got all but the invader and lemme tell you do NOT get the bots till you have the weaps or they will suck
This is why tell everybody punisher and punisher weapons for light in the medium because they're actually really good and can carry you up into champion league and working till you get better stuff but these robots with those old school machine guns will do pretty decent I mean it's all you need until you can actually get good weapons and they're cheap to upgrade so I always say throw those on there until you get the good stuff and don't upgrade anything unless you know it's really really good when it comes to weapons. Hopefully what I said there made sense lol

I did make a video on that not too long ago, I've never been a very good mender player though it's never a robot that I've really liked or done well with but if you scroll back back through my videos a little bit or just type in Danny lightning mender on UA-cam, just look for the most recent one and that should still be very relevant, I do think weapons with lockdown are probably the best because it's kind of a support bot and that helps your team out but there's a lot of weapons that'll work on that little guy
