- First imperfect test video for what might be a series of them. Goes a bit long considering it's all about a single object I guess! The music I used might still get a little too loud compared to my voice? Let me know!

I can't help but imagine this as a mute little guy that when you ask him for his name, he just points at his badge. As if you weren't already looking at his face, you're redirected to look at a smaller, cooler version of his face, and actually receive not just net zero information, but even less than you started with. Maybe he even previously had a smaller badge but made it bigger because he thought the problem was people couldn't see it well enough.

I love how you make this guy pose and emote as you're talking about him. His floppy soft arms are so ridiculous, and I love the dog bone badge. Honestly, when you said to imagine someone with a similar badge, the first thing I thought of was what I'd look like if *I* wore a giant pink dog bone badge with my face on it in a top hat smoking a big cigar. It was a very good mental image.

My wife said "he got hit in the head with a bat!" I don't know who else'd get the pun just looking at it, though.
And most politicians would likely wear their own face on a badge. The top-hat and cigar would fit the old stereotype, but they sure don't suit this character's regular appearance. Maybe it's their (bearded) uncle or something running for mayor.

Maybe the top hat was for head-bat containment, and now that the bat's escaped he has switched to the Grim hoodie for comfort

A giant badge in the shape of a bone with a sculpture of one's own face but with a top hat and cigar sounds extremely in-character for Papyrus Undertale

You asked on tumblr about the music. Scoring is an art! I would say that you want music that fits the theme (spoopy) and tone (light hearted), that is even in tempo (chill) and dynamics (quiet) and fairly repetetive as to not steal focus.
As for the creature, I'd like to point out that to me the face on the badge is clearly not their own. Looks like it has a black jaw or beard, but mostly the eyes are all wrong!
I'm guessing it's a political candidate, on the campaign trail and handing out buttons just like that one. (Election cycles in Spooksburg aren't on the same schedule as ours)
