  • In This video We'll check out one of the Best Modern Lexus Models ever made! This is a model so good that Lexus doesn't seem to be interested in updating quickly.
It's common for Toyota and Lexus models to get an update or refresh every 3 years however some models are immune to that simply because they're the best of the best that Lexus has to offer. We have the Lexus LX, The Lexus GX and at some point the Lexus LS.
In my opinion the Lexus LC500 is one of those models that are joining that club of the best of the best. Virtually unchanged since 2018 and still comes with a CD Player and a Non touch screen in 2023!
In this video we take a look at why the Lexus LC500 is one of the greatest Lexus models ever made as it continues unchanged for the 2023 model year.

He’s good, but there are others out there that are good too. Also he was wrong that the LC500 is built for the track. This is my favorite car, but it’s a luxury GT car, not a sports car and not at all designed or intended for the track. It’s too big, it’s too heavy, it’s too slow, it has very poor low-end torque, the suspension is too soft, the brakes aren’t built for sustained heavy breaking, the lack of a dual-clutch transmission makes it slow to shift, the big engine upfront causes considerable understeer. If you track it, you’ll be very disappointed.

i purchased one of these in 2020 simply because i wanted to own a coupe and i am a lexus fanboy. I never test drive any cars that i have purchase. I believe it takes you months to really know if your gonna like the way a car drives or not. I hated the ride home on it i found it to floaty, but after some months driving it gingerly and about 1000 miles later i started to appreciate it. It quite simply is the best car you can buy for the money.
100K is alot to money to many and if that is the case get yourself a used one. Words really can’t describe the way this vehicle makes you feel it has to be driven for awhile for it to make sense.
This is quite simply pound for pound dollar for dollar the very best car in the world.

I'm in serach for an 90s jdm car for nostalgic feeling, but all those iconic 90s jdm are just way over price for what it is.
The SC was going for 15 k for an good condition .
It's just a weird thing to see alot of 90s early 2000 jdm on the road when they were around, to wondering where they all went too. It's like seeing a unicorn when u do see one.

My 2002 Lexus ES300 is amazing. The (02-06) generation is the best ES Gen. Quality and fit and finish is unparalleled. Not one squeak or rattle anywhere. Everything still works. I have 173k miles, I’m the second owner. New struts installed last summer. Rides like new, rear end is sitting up high like it was when it was new. Bought it in April 2021 soon after had to replace the OEM alternator and AC compressor (started squealing). Earlier this year I had to replace the original starter. These parts lasted 20 years! A true testament to the build quality and reliability of the original parts ! All parts except struts were replaced with GENCO

TY TY TY, what a total delight to see this car, as you said time and again the attention too detail is over the top in this Lexus. I am in the same position as you AMD, if I only had the money I would love to have one of these as a daily driver. I am sure that when this was designed they were told just make the absolute best sports car you can and don't spare anything.
TY my friend this was a wonderful adventure into luxury without limits.
    Keep Safe Keep Strong 🦘🦘🦘🦘❤❤❤❤

31:14 YUP its nice to clean and moisturize all that. It makes the cabin smell like this leather store. Its to die for. And yes its all leather. Even the ends of the dash, around the door card hugging the metal. Its insane. And good luck getting all the leather cleaned and moisture up near the glass. Its a struggle i love having.

I am glad you finally have one to look over, best choice of any Lexus.
I would dissagree with the 10 speed being clunky under normal driving, I have driven a 2019 and 2020 both were smooth and acted perfect under normal driving condiotions.

1:05 That's a nice 5th gen ES350! You should do a video on it sometime, it's truly a solid car that so softly sprung without having to deal with air suspension, and just the right amount of luxury in the interior to help you really enjoy driving it, a true highway cruiser.

Wow what a amazing video! This is one of the best reviews of any car I have looked at. The 2024 has updated the infotainment system and want to see how that works. Lots of comments so I know you must have gotten the “neck scarf” feed back on the seat vents. Super nice touch. I have not seen the 4 wheel steering what package is that? Looking at the 2024 now. Currently a BMW owner 😮

16:03 I have to agree. Im very mechanically inclined and it takes a fortnight to get accustom to the brakes on it. Even when you "have it" its not perfect. Then jump in an RX and your like omg this butter! Trust me i always love getting back in my LC as butter cloud soft as the ES/RX/LS are i signed up for my jet. Its nice to know you can stop on a dime I've had to do it a few times and the car shocks me with its grip every time.

This by far is my favorite GT cruiser. This was an and outstanding video to show the fit and finish of the Tacumi craftsmen at the Moto Machi factory in Japan, where they manufactured this vehicle. It truly is second to none and is nicer than cars costing $500,000-$1 million. Thank you for taking the time to make this outstanding video of my favorite vehicle. I do own a 2021 a LEXUS LX 570 and I love it. I also owned a GX 460 and that SUV was flawless. Again thank you so much for your painstaking detail in this video it was so well worth the 45 minutes of watching time.

I agree that this is a superb GT car, but I’m very surprised he considers it a track car. The LC500 was not at all designed or intended for the track. It’s too long, it’s too heavy, it’s too slow, it has very poor low end torque, the suspension is way too soft, the brakes aren’t built for sustained heavy breaking, the steering is way too detached from the road, the big engine upfront causes considerable understeer, the lack of a dual clutch transmission makes it too slow to shift. This is my favorite car and my daily driver, but it is a very average track car. If you track it, you’ll will be very disappointed.
