first why no Audio? second you are an Powerlifter right? if yes are you only doing bench press, squat and deadlift? or do you do more exercises for training weaker muscles?
Probably upwards of 1000-1500 hours. If you have a mentor/friends/watch a lot of educational content then you might be able to do it faster. I could be completely wrong, depends on the person.
