So Fing Awesome!

Thank you brother!!
keep the great work man
Thanks brother!
Nice to know you will never bump it into reverse, like with that column shifter... scary kaka.
def gonna check out that stand from summit
Yeah man it’s bad ass
Looks so good my guy
Thanks dude
Kool shifter.
Thanks brotha
can’t wait to drive it 😌
Lmaooo 😂😂
Thats sick!!!!!
Do it in your truck would be so bad ass!
What’s the product number for that stand on summit?
Hey man does the shifter have a neutral lockout feature? Something that allows it to make sure you don’t go into neutral from drive with you’re foot floored on the pedal? Thanks!
It doesn’t have a neutral lock out it does have a reverse lockout
Colby, I didn't like that about this shifter and the TCI Outlaw, so I made an upgraded detent plate to convert it to the True Slap shifter design, which I have a patent for. I originally made this design for my factory horseshoe shifter in my '70 Monte Carlo SS454. I can slap it forward for the 1-2 shift and it hits a stop at 2. I can simply slap it again for the 2-3 shift and hit another stop at 3. There's no need to squeeze the trigger at all for either shift. It cannot be shifted from 3rd to Neutral without squeezing the trigger. Another issue with the B&M Pro Stick and the original detent plate is that you can accidentally shift from 2-N if you don't squeeze the trigger completely before shoving forward. I've used this same design to convert a number of factory GM shifters and I have UA-cam videos for each. I think you'll like this one. It fits the Pro Stick and the TCI Outlaw:

Looks good might have to put in a automatic transmission in my 75 but I don't know if I should? Maybe someday I'll put one in .
Up to you I like the autos because of la traffic
@@GreaserthoughtsGarage true I might have to some day.
This video has been very helpful! Just one question.... did you drill a 1" hole for the cable??? Instructions call for a 1" but that seems rather big to me. I'm currently installing this and really want to do a smaller hole if I can
Use a good rubber gromet
Would this shifter work ? How could you tell if you have a 4L60 or 4L60e
That’s the same thing bro
The e has a computer.
Do you have to pull the trigger when shifting from 2nd to 3rd?
Yes
Here's my upgrade to eliminate the trigger pull for the 2-3 shift. Mine also now has neutral lockout. I think you'll like this. ua-cam.com/video/NuNOxTdyXf0/v-deo.html
Did you see the video link I posted above? I have an upgraded detent for this shifter.
I have the same shift and transmission but when I want to go 1st gear it does 2nd and when I want to go 2nd gear it goes to drive. Maybe instillation wasn’t done right ?
Yeah doesn’t sound like the cable is adjust properly or you have the wrong plate installed in the shifter
@@GreaserthoughtsGarage can you make a video how to do it?
Need one of these for my truck always scared of throwing it in reverse or neutral when riding around
Yeah bro do it it’s awesome!! I love it!! I have a ratchet in my truck!
@@GreaserthoughtsGarage which one do you like more?
If you have a Pro Stick, check out this video for the upgrade I made. ua-cam.com/video/NuNOxTdyXf0/v-deo.html

Where can I find that console stand? I've been looking in Summit but can't seem to track it down.

@@GreaserthoughtsGarage Thank you brother
Do you have to install a manual valve body to use this shifter or do you only have to run the cable to the existing shift linkage and it works
No it’s just a shifter linkage works
Looking for that shifter stand what’s the brand and part number?
Summit shifter stand
What size stand did you use? Thinking about getting one…
5 inch I recommend that one you can always spread the stand to make it sit lower
Are you going to remove the column shifter or would the collar just slide around?
2 options replace the shifter or replace the collar to a floor shift
I’ll probably just take the old shifter off for now and replace the column eventually
Were you get your cage?
Ridetech it’s a tiger cage
I had on a xp1000 , worked great until the pin broke, they don’t stand behind there product, the response was we haven’t heard of it breaking.
Bad customer service.👎🏻
Oh I think they sell rebuild kits I like them
