Bro you need to make a new character for every survive and put some mask and clothes to dont let the chasers see how you look at the start, that Aston Martin got you just by looking at you hahaha much love friend!

I do appreciate the fact that you inflated the length of the video. I saw how long it was and went "ahh, he survives" and was pleasantly surprised to be wrong. I think you should make all the Survive the Hunts 50-55 minutes long, even if you have to put a lot of dead air or something random like the end of this to fill that time.

When you pulled over to call lester for the third explosion I was hoping you would turn your lights off and pretend to be a parked car right next to it.

I don't even know why he had to park??? He doesn't usually and you can detonate from some distance away and cops turn a blind eye too. So what was the reason to park, especially with lights still on?

he has a rule in place where he has to have line of sight on it to detonate. if the kept going and didnt get a traffic light to stop at, he woulda had to uturn to go back for it.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the guy driving the aston cheated, he found Alex twice, and just stopped in front of him. Either he has run out of luck for the rest of his life... or the more probably cause is that he has his mini map on

The 2nd time Alex was conspicuously parked at a crosswalk, as opposed to the stop line. The AI does not do that.

It's not fun for me as a viewer when someone cheats. Most of the fun comes from watching you running dark, and someone cheating just turns it into a race.

I’m kinda suspicious of that guy in the Aston Martin using the mini map. the first time he saw you was kinda bait like you wasn’t standing out at all, you was behind an AI at traffic lights and he went past you quickly and turned around. Also in the sultan you was parked up everyone flew past not a clue where you was then he just pulled up and knew instantly. Not calling him a cheater but it looks quite bad

The Aston Martin at the start was weaponized, right? Don't weaponised cars still show a health bar of their target, even when turned off? (I remember a video with a tampa in which that was discovered)
At 6:15 you got to see a health bar over them, when you looked the correct way, which tells me yes. This would explain their odd behaviour as they kept changing the angle they were facing you, in order to see a health bar, confirming you're a human player... Cheating? Possibly not written out of the rules of the game, definitely out of the spirit of the game though.
It is not weaponized, the guns don't work on the Aston

Revelation2106 fairly sure it was the podium car. I imagine it will probably be the prize again at some point. If you want to win either check foxy snaps on Twitter, they have regular updates about new podium vehicles and such or check gta every Thursday.
You can also see him trying to get the right angle so he can see a health bar when he keeps twitching the car

I've always thought this would make for a good one-off but the trade would have to be a longer survival time, like maybe 30 gta hours instead of 24
He said something about this, but he said that the guys don’t really talk about the hunt, they just make jokes (probably NSFW) and they just start banter.
@@samclassen4972 could always record it on a separate channel and cut out the irrelevant audio, which would have to be done regardless to keep it from getting annoying.

Aston martin player has to be finding you with the map turned on. No way he knew you were at that intersection on the first one and drove straight to you on the second.

I know they have said it doesn't make for a good video but I for one would love to see it. I got a feeling that the real reason is because the hunters probably discover him faster than his perspective would make it seem. There are quite a few times in these videos when the hunters are swarming around him and he is like "oh what's going on here? I don't think they have noticed me" when it's super obvious they noticed him along time ago.
That DB5 was definitely cheating. It's a shame some people ruin it like that.

@@AverageAlienHe was, he literally randomly pulled up to Alex twice, in a row, while nothing suspicious was going on. You could maybe make a case for the second time of him being pulled up too far past the line, but even then, the AI is extremely buggy in this game, so for him to automatically assume it’s Alex is pretty sus. Use common sense, he’s very obviously cheating.

You won. The Aston Martin guy was using something, and with the health bar thing, they shouldn't be allowed to point their gun in a car, so it won't show up.
They shouldn't have weaponized vehicles as that makes it far too easy. I don't expect to see that car and potentially, that player, again. Afaik, this is the first time an Aston Martin was used in the chase.

@richard snape no, he stoped the car one car length to late and drove OVER and PAST the line where an AI would have stopped with that light... basically he drove on red light, then randomly stopped in the middel of the intersection by the pedestrisn intersection...

You're wasting your breath. I keep telling him for almost a year to do these more often as they rack up half a million views. Instead he does these once a month and keeps doing other little videos that barely get 50k views. The excuse I hear is 'STH is difficult to organise' but then then other day on of the hunter guys let slip they're actually filming several STHs at the same time. He probably has another 3 episodes ready to go. He's not going to listen to you. Now he's releasing merch it's obvious he wants to make money by other means.

Never get into a car park, it has always gotten you to die before. Also, I think the DB5's driver had some tracking device on you, because he got you twice. Awesome, as usual.

@BadDriversOfTennessee Everyone knows what failraces character looks like lol, you just cant tell when zooming around the city. The first time might have been real, it was bright daylight, Aston might have just gotten lucky. But the 2nd time, in the middle of the night? When all the rest drove right past him and the Aston zeroed in on him in a second? There's no way lol.

Unfortunately I'm questioning the hunters actions within the first 5 minutes, again. Shocked Alex chose a Schwarzer, also should use more standard cars, yes I understand they are not a fast but it'll greatly reduce the chance of being caught against that of a shiny sports car. Definitely change your appearance more frequently and use walking on foot to your advantage. The use of the bike early on was pretty low and the use of the Aston Martin with it's pop up guns/the fact it might highlight a health bar was also low, why attempt to cheat? Incredibly odd how the Aston Martin, for the second time, pulled in front of Alex the exact same way, I'm guessing the driver scoped out the character model, but how would you see it a distance and what would make you randomly pull in front of that particular car to check?
The moment that gave away the red sultan was when you stopped it after the "lamp stop line" and only in front of the pedestrian crossing :)
It's so weird to realise another month has gone by.. Love this series!
You should make a 5 year special to celebrate Survive The Hunt 5 year anniversary! 24 hour real-time survive the hunt maybe? But allow the whole map or something.

This is so relaxing to watch. I truly love this. i never thought i'd be excited to watch someone pretend to be a normal player in gta and run from the hunters for 1 hour but its so entertaining.
Sometimes the simplest things are the best things in life.
This is one of the best series one could come up with. A big thank you though should go to the hunters, because without them, there would be no funny STH content! This series is amazing and I hope it can achieve more than 100 episodes.

I actually have a new brilliant idea! All of the or most of the hunters must be placed in one huge passenger plane (like Miljet or Luxor/Luxor Deluxe, or even a few of 5-seater Vesras), and then the pilot must to fly above all the city and all of the passengers must to parachute themselves on some different points in Los Santos in somewhere about 15 minutes after when another Survive The Hunt will start. And also you should start it in the airport, as there are some planes and helicopter will be preparing to take off. What do you think about this?

You ever tried,when a hunter is checking you, to get out and shoot them right away? Slowly increase your odds.

Yes, some time you are lucky. But that Aston guy did not have that much luck to Randomly spot you and behave the exact same way twice. He pull Right up to you knowing exactly where you are.
And of course you chose to long wide straight for your "get away". That dont work. And also keep driving fast is the best way to spot a hunted from a far.

When hunters are aiming their gun at you while in a car, hold down X so your character can crouch his head down. Crouching inside the car makes it so that hunters have to manually aim at you to get a kill rather than letting aim assist do the work for them.

This one was brilliant!! The moment at the end in the car park when the green car appears out of nowhere genuinely made me shriek! Enjoyed the b-roll at the end with the animals too!!

guy in the aston had it weaponized, you can tell cuz it has a health bar over it at one point. he was using that to basically scan cars to find which one was yours, cuz it only gives health bars to cars with human players in it

I think at the end you probably should've gotten out and killed the guy that bumped you in the back, and then drove to the roof.
I think when you have an opportunity to take out a hunter, you should take it. I've noticed many times when you could've easily killed a hunter with no risk at all and you just...Didn't.

27:45, I realize you and a lot of the hunters aren't from the US so might not be used to the road markings, but that first line after the arrow is the stop line and you pulled up to the crosswalk. That would've made me double check if I saw a car do that.

The guy who usually has the blimp tends to cheat too. He seems to start showing up wherever he is when the time gets close.

@@SophiaAphrodite Nah, because of the gta online mechanics you are able to see players in a very long distance but ai cars are spawning just in front of you. So when you`re flying around with your blimp you often see an empty street with just one car (the player) trying to behave like an ai and the real ai cars are only spawning when the blimp is in a certain range to the spot...it´s too bad but thats how things are :c
A couple of really nice plays by the hunters around the 32-minute mark. They didn't connect, but it was impressive to see the two vehicles come out of nowhere and almost ram the survivor.
I think the guy in the Aston was cheating. The first time he was driving about, then came straight to you. The second time he was about to drive past, then hit the brakes right next to you. It wasn't the AI trying to go around, he was already stopping when the AI started going around. He seemed like he knew it was you. Both times didn't seem like a "maybe he's in this car" sort of thing.
Am I the only one to realize that through all of the PC's and NPC's in GTA, Franklin is the only one that can lock pic cars instead of breaking the glass all the time?

My favorite "shenanigans" to get away is diving down oncoming traffic but you gotta be GOOD or lucky

These get better and better. Rockstar, you really need to add SURVIVE THE HUNT as an official game mode... and address the health bar issue... make a fully anonymous game mode for this amazing game play. I want to play it too!
I would rather like to see this on a FiveM server, where map icons/player names/ health bars could be turned off for everybody (no way to cheat), a proper countdown implemented, more randomized traffic with a greater selection of cars is possible etc.

Marian R this episode is different though as it did look like that the first hunter cheated, as it looked like he was messing with him, which as entertaining as it is, would go against the rules if the driver did have the map.
