What problems are you addressing with the Bok team? If you consider that WLR made the only blatant boo-boo - maybe use the opportunity to run Libbok at flyhalf (runs the attack) with Sasha (off the tee) at Fullback ... then I'd give the Esterhuizen/ Am combo a run. The Rassie/Brown pace in place now may mean that they need to rotate back-line players. With the exception of the Swiss Army Knife-like Cheslin Kolbe who can play 2,9, 10, 11, 14, 15... There's also an opportunity to play Williams as a wing, giving you very fast to the ruck scrumhalves all across the park.
With the experienced front rowers, mix and match as you like. Swopping Malherbe for Koch or bringing back Snyman and moving around PSDT? Kitshoff for Ox or vice versa? Kwagga on the bench or starter? No sweat, these old dogs of war can and will do anything you put on them. For Dixon, Louw, Nortje, Moerat, etc, surround them with as much experience as possible. Same goes for the backline. If you are going to start with Grant and/or Fassi, maybe play Pollard instead of Sacha. The reason is simple: if the youngsters have an off game, surround them with the cool heads. Sacha having a veteran like Reinach feeding him and then passing to the safe hands of De Allende is absolutely crucial to his development. Having an experienced secondary playmaker on the field like Le Roux to take the pressure off him for when he is under too much pressure is an absolute luxury that we dare not take for granted.
Here is my prediction for the Bok 23 vs Australia 1. Steenkamp 2. Marx 3. Koch 4. Moerat 5. Snyman 6. Kolisi (c) 7. Dixon 8. Louw 9. Williams 10. Libbok 12. Pollard 13. Am 11. Mapimpi 14. Kolbe 15. Fassi 16. Grobbelaar 17. Wessels 18. T. Du Toit 19. Nortjie 20. Van Staden 21. Smith 22. Van Der Berg 23. Le Roux
I don't think the Boks must make too many changes. Drill home the advantage keep the team consistent for the next 3 games and consider more changes vs ARG (away game) if they are in a good log position. For the AB I think the coach will show trust in DMac for 1 more game, but I will put Beuden at 10; Jordi at 15 and mix and match the centres/wings
Willie reads the game like no one else moves into the second play maker role when needed his probably got more try assist than anyone else in the team, because he missed one now every one is throwing him under the Bus.
Sorry, no. Willie cocked up an attacking move, without a doubt, and luckily we still scored anyway. But he made 19 passes in that game, popping up as playmaker to take some of the pressure off of Sacha AND give another attacking option. This we cannot overlook and while I love Fassi, I think he is more of an open game kind of guy (and I hope he proves me wrong!) so I would keep Willie in place until we get Damian back and then ease him and Pollard out slowly.
Wouldn't mind seeing a Wallabies team. Who do you pick to take the boks on in Perth? For me Angus Bell, Taniela Tupou and Josh Canham are in the forward pack. Josh Flook, Marika Koroibete, Tate McDermott, Tom Lynagh in the backline 6-2 bench split and take the 3 point penalty kicks instead of kicking for maul try's.
Willie Le Roux bombed a try. He's lucky to be in the squad all together. Rest Du Toit. Absolutely keep giving game time to Lowe and Dixon. Id also rest De Andele. Try Pollard in the 12 position. Oz look even weaker this weak. For NZ they need some dynamic ball carriers to bend the line. Jordan on the wing is a must for his scary speed and support play. Jordan Barrett at center needs to come under more scrutiny. The great AB teams all had power in the inside center position.
Conderning the Bok i doont think thry will change anything except to play P.SDu.Toit at 7 to be honest I do like the idea of playing Polland at 10 and moving Sacha to 12 through That i feel will certainly increase S.Africas offensive threat As for the ABs they underestimated Argentina and got outplayed S.Robinson says they arn't playing the gameplan So the question is WHY arnt the players playing the gameplan? Personelally i feel they got a good lead early on and lost concentration and intensity By thinking they would easily beat Argentina Argentina to their credit never gave up and battledthemselves back into the match and eventually securing a well deserved victory For myself i would drop J.Barrett to the bench and play Proctor and Linet-Bron in the centres While bring in W.Jordon at full bak and C.Clark on the wing for S.Reese In the pack id just change P.Tulpolota for T.Vaai and may be bring in S,Cane at blindside to disrupt the fantastic Argentinian back row with the extra jackal threat
The payterns are still forming but its apparent perenara must go..need strong man at 6 not battler. Also need proctor who is a centre outright like cinrad smith who was not mr versatility ..we need apecialists in starting roles
Nz backline changes would be like shuffling deck chairs. Need to get tight 5 and loosies doing the biz up front rather than flinging the ball out to stationary pods to get chewed up by defenders. Not sure why they play like this. In super rugby, all these nz fwds are physical and willing. Why not at test level?
because in Super Rugby they play against each other, Australia or the Islanders; they have forgotten what it is like to play against hard, solid tight 5's like Argies and Saffa's used to provide.
I hate to admit it, but I now think both DMac and Reece are a bit too random to be in the AB side, we need to do better, and try someone who can kick more accurately like Jordie and Clarke. Ioane likewise never does the right thing, Proctor deserves his chance. Jordan should stay on the wing, BB is a better fullback. As for the forwards, they all look like they need a decent coach.
Yup, Jordan and Clarke on the wings. We need a more traditional 10 who we can rely on. Needs to be able to kick for territory and clear when we are in trouble. Dmac panics too much. Jordie doesn't deserve his place. He only has it because Robertson made him vice captain. Easy to blame Ioane but really you need to start closer to the ruck. Even Procter would be ineffective while Jordie is there. Barrett at 10, Perofetta or Love at 15, the other on the bench ALB at second five with Ione, Procter on the bench, Hotham on bench with Ratima starting.
I'm a little taken back here.... How we one Bok vs NZ squad line up when we haven't played the last match with Australia?😅 Are "we" now disrespecting/disregarding Australia like this or what...?
Maybe watch the game again. Blackadder was ineffective. Ran around alot but made mistakes at critical times. Papali'i made some really needed tackles and was probably our best loose forward. Unfortunately I don't think Ardie is a International nos. 8.
Thomas du Toit does not like scrummaging. He is good enough for a league whith only 2 world class scrummagers (Cole and Mahler). South Africa has at least five tight head props who scrum way better. They actually like scrummaging. We do not need fat flankers on the park. England’s problems start because they play fat flankers at prop.
Once again...not happy with Springboks since Ireland games...they seem to be all over the place...they better need to perfect whatever they're busy doing as their current game has no proper direction and is messy. They are going to run into serious problems if they continue the way they're currently playing. I, as a Bok supporter, even winning, have no confidence in the Boks at the moment, they're JUST MESSY
It's very short sighted to be honest the bigger picture is always the RWC so they are busy trying new things and that takes time if they can continue whilst building depth and winning that's where they will be maybe this time next year well on plan the depth building is insane right now. Be patient
my backline: Ratima, D Mac, ALB, Proctor, Clarke, Jordan, Beaudy. These are the players, thanks bro.
Talea, Jordan
@@duncanwcraig9668 same mine but Beaudy must b supersub, let Jordan pay 15 where he is at home. Saders won supercup with him at 15
South Africa could replace the whole 15 with players just as good, their depth is frightening.
NZ have issues right across the park.

A bit tough on Ben-Jason Dickson? He made 19/19 tackles.
He'll get plenty of time. I think he might have impressed Rassie the most
Here is my prediction for the Bok 23 vs Australia
1. Steenkamp 2. Marx 3. Koch
4. Moerat 5. Snyman
6. Kolisi (c) 7. Dixon 8. Louw
9. Williams 10. Libbok
12. Pollard 13. Am

Rieko at wing. Barrett at 10. Jordan at 15. Savea at 7. I would love to this combo again as a springbok supporter.

What time in the UK is the aussie vs Boks game showing
The pumas were in the All Blacks face that what rattled them they weren't allow to play and then rushed plays maybe make some changes

Fassi starts! Willie on the bench. Also try Morne at 9
Gotta be honest, I like Morne. Stormers fan so really don't want to like him (JOKE!!) but I really do think he is good.
The payterns are still forming but its apparent perenara must go..need strong man at 6 not battler. Also need proctor who is a centre outright like cinrad smith who was not mr versatility ..we need apecialists in starting roles
Maybe Grant Williams to start a 9?
I would give Pollard a rest and have Mannie on the bench.

No and No..We have the issues with playing style and controlled aggression. In my humble opinion
