Whenever I go on a big adventure one of my goals is to catch and cook something with a slingshot. So far the only worth pray in Hawaii for my slingshot to catch clean and cook is Hawaii's Wild Chickens. So Greg and I practice up a bit with the slingshots before we head out to meet up with a guide that has a property with a plethora of wild chickens for us to go after with the slingshot.

Finally, Greg Ovens (Ovens Rocky Mountian Bushcraft) and I are together again on a new adventure seven days of catch and cooks in Hawaii. Greg flew all the way from Canada and I from Maine to meet up on the Big Island of Hawaii. This is the first time we've had a chance to make videos together in almost two years. Hawaii provides an awesome opportunity for new adventures and wonderful species of fish to catch and cook as well as goats, wild pigs, chickens, and lobsters. This is going to be an adventure you don't wanna miss.

The Accuracy you have with a slingshot is amazing

Ill give u a tip zack of cleaning the feathers of the chicken easily. Just boil some water and dip the whole chicken for like 30 sec or a minute and the feather will come out easily. Give it a try 😊

I still have a cheat day with chips, and if I break down to eat some carbs, I try to keep it to buckwheat or something with a low glycemic index.
I’ve also discovered lupin flower, and chickpea flower. Both low carb.
