- So this is day 2 of social distancing in the time of the Corona Virus. Thought I’d put together a short (video ended up being longer than I anticipated) instructional video taking you through a contemporary dance warm-up that you could do at home/ in a small space.

I've taught quite a few students with scoliosis over the years and their daily spinal conditioning in the dance class has helped so much with the management of it.
