NATO States Seek Protection Against UAVs With “Drone Wall” On Borders With Russia Amid Ukraine War

- Lithuania and five other NATO* members neighbouring Russia agreed to build a "drone wall" to defend their borders from "provocations". The plan to use drones for border protection was agreed because of security concerns in the region amid Russia's war in Ukraine. Lithuania’s Interior Minister announced the plan after talks with her counterparts from Estonia, Latvia, as well as Finland, Norway and Poland. Western leaders and analysts have been wary of the possibility of a direct confrontation with Russia over its war in Ukraine.

@@SoundsinthevoidIn Ukraine, borders are closed and people are drown in the river trying to escape mobilization. People are sent to the front line without training or equipment, and military commissaries hunt people in the streets, more and more wildly.

Also, the number of civilians escaped from russia is huge, many "recruited" have said that they had no training etc etc.

Whatever happened to the magnetic pulse “gun” being worked on a few years ago. These would take down drones, missiles and stop tanks in their tracks burning out electronic systems.
You don't need guns for that, EMP can be produced easily without stuffing it in to form of an gun.
@@duhni4551 what are you talking about? Whatever form chosen to present EMP onto the battle field it need to be small and portable or highly mobile depending on just how compact it can be made. It needs to be easily “aimed” and have a beam narrow enough not to take out your own weapons and aircraft. How else would you explain something like that? Maybe you are not aware but anything that shoots “rays” is typically called a “Ray Gun”.
@@paulaggett2854 You are aware that Western military systems are largely EMP protected? Also the system doesn't have to be so large as you can see with NNEMP systems and they have controlled radius and they don't shoot rays.

The azov troops trapped in the azovstal steelworks in Mariupol used human shields. They refused to allow civilians to leave despite of humanitarian corridors being present.
Russia held a proposed cease fire in order for the civilians to leave, but azov would not allow the civilians to leave. Ukraine has committed many acts of terrorism (car bombs and other forms of assassination). Darya Dugina (journalist) RIP The first terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed the truck driver and the individuals in the adjacent car (innocent civilian victims). The second terrorist attack on the Kerch bridge killed two parents and severely injured their young daughter.

Doesn't seem possible with our current level of technology, and considering Russia is one of the world leaders at electronic warfare, this seems like the ramblings from people ignorant or disconnected from reality. That or they just want to receive funds for a project they can abandon later.
