I’ve got a decent ear (I knew what was coming next as this played) but I have no clue what those numbers mean. Is there a tutorial on that? I just stumbled on an old iOS 10 garage band video of yours today.
In the earlier part of the video, the numbers are showing the fretting positions on the six strings, shown from bottom to top. Later on, for example at 3:20, chord shapes are shown, each block for the six strings (or fewer for partial chords). Thanks for the video, Dan!
BNC thanks for answering, but I still don’t get it. That sounds like positioning to play chords, not individual bass notes. The rhythm doesn’t seem to match the number of numbers.
@@CarlosBenjamin Look at 1:10: those are the usable notes for the A Blues (the A blues scale + some others). 3:20 does indeed show chords in different inversions, from 6th string to first.
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else is searching for blues guitar jam tracks try Jadonite Guitar Blues Buddy (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got cool success with it.
That's great, thanks Dan. My first time at trying playing over something and was really good fun
I just keep learning more and more every time I come back to this. Thanks so much Dan!

It’s a backing track for people to have fun playing over!
