Hey Amanda...I check the ink before it went lie and it does work but it does it 'quietly' lol...what i mean by that is it deducts each product at the time you pop in basket NOT at the end. Double check....if you still struggle, et me know.....I've just done the face mask again tonight followed by the serum...im feeling TOTALLY refreshed!! Minus the two gnts!! Oops
