Since the last time the Mavs faced the Clippers in the playoffs, it´s fair to say that Luka got better and has more experience, while Clippers players got older and worse. Add to that the fact that now Luka has a real SuperStar next to him, who already has a ring by the way, and who is thirsty to prove the media wrong. I think Kyrie going to have his best playoffs games of his life, and Clipper do not have a chance against Dallas, which is a much better team compared to past seasons.
Not only that but the Clippers now have the most legendary choke artist of all time on their team and Kawhi isn't fully healthy. Not saying the Mavs are going to win I think it will be a good series still, but Dallas certainly has the advantage.

Dallas isn’t Flashy they play well within themselves it’s just “themselves” has a wide variety under control. Nobody closes out a quarter or a game like Luka or Irving their percentages go up when it’s time. Jokic is the only one similar. You have two of the best finishers in the game that can also play make in the back court. 2 of the best lob threats in front that can protect the rim that can also play make and a connecter in the middle that's athletic and great in passing lanes on defense. The only thing that can stop them is choking.
DAL finally has a well rounded team, Gafford and Exum/PJ have been great role players. And then you have 2 Superstars in Luka/Kyrie and good bench role players like DL, Kleber and a streaky shooter in THJr. Beating the West or BOS won't be easy but they have the weapons to do so.
