অনলাইনে ক্যাশুঅন ডেলিভারিতে মাল হাতে পাওয়ার পরে ফেরত দিতে গেলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান বলল আমরা শুধু ডেলিভারি করি মাল ফেরত নিব না।তখন ফেরত না দিয়ে বাধ্য হলাম মালটা নিলাম এবং অনলাইনে মেসেজ দিয়ে মালটার ব্যাপারে রিপোর্ট দিলাম। পাচ / ছয় মাস হল এর কোন সমাধান পেলাম না।এটাই বাস্তবতা।
