That lachha paratha cut and fold is pure art. Frying the sides is important...a good lesson learned...mixing the dalda in the dough is something which we prefer doing at home...

I am a vegetarian and I made this roll without egg and added Carrot and beetroot instead, I used Maggie hot and sweet sauce instead of pure ketchup and kept the rest exactly the same as in this video. Trust me it was f***ing awesome. Loved it. Thank you!
