This is the longplay of the game DuckTales 2, action and platform game, developed by Make Software and published by Capcom. It is a sequel to the original DuckTales based on the Disney animated series of the same name. It was released on the NES in early 1993. The title was ported to the Game Boy system in Japan and North America at the end of the year.
Like the previous game, DuckTales 2 follows Uncle Scrooge's journey to collect more treasure and retain the title of richest duck in the world. And he will travel the world in search of the parts of a map to accomplish that goal. The game follows the same gameplay style as the previous one, with the difference that Scrooge uses money to buy items between stages, including some parts of the map. Scrooge's cane can also be upgraded to become stronger and destroy more resistant objects, as well as being used to pull barrels and boxes to reach higher places. In addition to hunting for treasure, Scrooge must beware of the plans of Flintheart Glomgold, who wants to defeat our hero and take his treasures.
Scrooge will have his family and friends on this mission and in this second game we also have the participation of Gyro Gearloose, who will upgrade our hero's cane so that he can overcome the challenges.
It's a very good game just like the first one. Unfortunately it was little known, as it was released in 1993, the year that 16 bit consoles were taking over the world and the NES was being practically discontinued. Certainly if it were released in 1990, it would be better known. The video was made getting all parts of the map and the best ending.

The music in this game..very nostalgic.. those where the days.
Loved this game more than the first one, I dare say.
I like this game. :) One criticism that I have about the game, is the dialog. Every single character outside of Flintheart Glomgold calls Scrooge McDuck "Uncle Scrooge", when some of these characters are not related to him.
I was today freakin years old that I found out there was a DuckTales 2!!! Especially for the NES
Not as rich a score for this sequel, but otherwise an excellent expansion on the gameplay. Enjoyable watch. Great job, Raven!

Good playthrough.
Best level in this game i.m.o. is the island Mu just barely over Scotland. You can get a ton of money throughout the whole level and find the hidden treasure and the secret area then go to Launchpad and leave, then come back and recollect all the money again and pretty much really increase your total money. ;)
Ducktails gummy bears Chippendale Darkwing duck the early 90s was incredible

I liked both The First and Second One
back then and have them on NES
Emulator for my Laptop Computer
where I beat them like many times
on The Difficult Mode {representing
as ‘Hard Mode’} also.
Oh I do like The 2013 Remastered

There should be a Duck Tales 2 Remastered.
I would like them to use the voice cast from the recent animated series for this one. It was difficult to get the original cast back together for the remaster of the first game.

just like first ducktales this game has 3 endings. (Bad, Normal, and Best).
The price of this cart is ridiculous...people are ruining retro game collection.
Music ain't as catchy as the first game
True, but it's a bit unfair. The first game had some of the most memorable and catchy tunes on the NES.
I think the music is good here too.
Video games are for children.
Not All Video Games are For Children. Some Games Like Grand Theft Auto are For Adults.
