1: Why are you cutting near the gills after you catch the fish ?
2: I am trying to catch Trevally locally but they are so skidish, they bolt a mile as soon as they see me for a second.
I am trying to hide from them and be still but they are very cleaver and fast moving....
First:Taking the blood out keeps the meat taste really good.
Second: I Hunt them during late afternoon, they are more calm and during that time they are hunting so they don't mind of you're there.
