UPDATE: So hard to fix this thing. Took it all out, replaced it with springs. Im not towing or loading heavy stuff anyways. Just using it to bring my kids to school
You sprayed soapy water all over the wires and connections WOW Its a easy job to change the air bag and the tank ,hardest part was trying to put the C clip back on single handed had to get dad underneath to hold it in place while i was inside the boot
Don't run that so long without giving it a bit break so it can cool down a bit. I can't remember was it like 7(?) minutes which was like absolute max in row. Just to prevent dmg for the compressor parts. But nice video, and cool car.
Why are the solonoid no opening? When pumping manually the red and blue tubes are not having air but when I disconnected the black one which is the supply the air is coming the solenoids are closed why
Yes correct. They will also deflate even while driving after a while. It means that there is a leak somewhere plus the self level module isnt responding. This video is just shows a quick fix so you drive it home or to a mechanic.
Well, this is just a quick fix to get the pump running so you can drive home and throw out that entire self leveling system. I had a faulty compressor and didnt want to replace the compressor so i converted to springs. Was a 3 hour DIY fix, no more problems
Coz the system is inactive due to a bad control module, and theres have a tiny leak somewhere, so for now i inflate them every 2 days. Im looking into spring conversion
@@danielautomotors604 just get it properly fixed and you'll be good again. Spring conversion won't really save you. Keeping a dead module or open wires may cause fire to your car and then you won't have nothing.
YEP, if you cant afford full suspension overhaul then conversion is the way to go. Very happy with the results and i never have to worry about a deflated suspension in the morning @@Residew
the thing is, its not only the airbag that can leak air, the are too many point of failures for this this system. Compressor compontents, hose connections, airbag suspensions, not to mention a faulty suspension module. Im better off without it.

Which two posts on the relay block do you jump? 30 and 87? My relay on the 2014 F15 has two 87 posts. Do I jump 30 to both 87 posts at the same time?
Not sure buddy, just look where the power supply from the car goes (usually the thick red one) and the power supply to the pump, then connect those 2

Nah, once you removed the whole compressor and airbags, the only thing left is a self level suspension inactive warning on the dashboard.

look like your 2 solenoid (left and right) always open, because you not supply to solenoid.

If air bag leaks...take out put "Slyme" in pump a little wait 1 minute leak repaired
