It's wild how quickly Aljo went from being considered a paper champion to the best bantamweight of all-time. A fairly close win over Yan, a beat down of one-arm Dilllashaw and a fairly close win over out-of-retirement Cedjudo somehow transferred from chump to champ. With that said, i think he gets the job done against O'Malley.
I think it is just for the promotion. His resume is legit but it has a lot of ** on it.
Yea, being considered as one of the best Bantamweights just for winning via split decisions and over a one armed TJ is crazy. Having a win against Suga who’s a known can crusher that got a gifted split decision against Yan won’t help.
