This is the truth. There are no words and actions that can prove that someone truly loves you. You just know it, deep down when you see a light in his eyes or his smile as he just talks to you about anything or when he takes a peek at you secretely. For no reason. I don't know how to explain it. Years ago I would never have said such a thing but maybe true love is like that.
You can't not love someone you love. Love is the strongest fuel in the world. Just a spark and you light up the whole world.

So very true. I was so blessed to be with mine after 30 plus years of being separated. Quite a story, but we were together and it was so wonderful beyond words. Beyond either of ours imaginary thoughts we'd had. We were together, just he and I, holding hands, when he passed due to cancer in March of 2019. It's hard without him here, I wish someone could help me with this. Bottom line I'm so thankful for every moment together.

There is one sign to recognizing your twin flame. That sign is if the breakup leads to DF’s SPIRITUAL GROWTH! Deep love can be felt with either a twin flame or a soulmate! Yes, you can feel this with a soulmate, also.
This is so hard. When you sense that the other really loves you... but never says it... this can lead to some cognitive dissonance in your mind and then you're at a loss, it can even drive you mad. And: even if you're sure that the other loves you (and you love him or her, too), does this mean that this person is your twin? Who says you cannot love or be loved by more than one person? Honestly, I don't know. I'd rather feel that this person doesn't love me, at least I'd be free...
1. its a feeling that takes you over when you find them, pure gut wrenching, raw heart aching love.
2. every other person will feel like a friend who you are attracted to, should you get involved.
3. you'll wake up with this person in your head/dream about them a lot/an always with you feeling.
4. you'll long for them.
5. you'll be anxious around them when you see them.
6. you can love others, but it wont be as intense. I love my friends but the feeling is barely noticeable.
7. you can be loved by others, but it wont make your heart sing like a certain person does.
8. there will be signals, like every time I put the radio on, a themed love song is playing communicating with me. numbers/butterflies is another one apparently.
9. and you will cry a lot for them when you hear certain songs and you can't be together.
10. its the most beautiful and yet painful thing in existence.
there is something special about your true love, something that no other person possesses, and I really think its meant to be. some find it, some dont.

Wow. Thank you. There’s this person who shortly after we met I had a strong inkling that he is my twin. We dated for 3 years on and off, never monogamous. He’s been toxic and I will let him go, but never could let him go mentally. Can’t get him off my mind and after time passes where we’re not speaking, I miss him but too prideful to admit because I’m trying to protect my heart from falling for him. He’s not a bad person, just stuck on what he has been conditioned to be. I know deep down he needs the spirituality I offer, and I need his ability to be practical.
I just wish he would be the type of man I desire, but I can’t deny (to myself) that I Lo…e him. 😂😩
What's odd is that my "twin" in question is the one who's in love with me, yet I haven’t been able to fully fall in love with him. That said, I couldn’t be more emotionally attached to him and he triggers me like he has my whole heart. This part doesn't make a lot of sense to me, except maybe that I have too many issues to work through before I can truly love him. I've never been this attached to someone before and not been able to say it's love.
