I'm from West Africa and these grow wild and commonly in our area. 13-15 avocados yield roughly 2 liters of cold pressed avocado oil!! It's super buttery & exceptionally delicious.
I LOVE Avocados...I'm quite certain I could enjoy several of these yummy avocados for breakfast this morning, spread thick on multi-grain toast or on thick sliced Nordic bread, smothered with rich garlic and herb butter and topped with poached eggs, sprinkled with a little sea salt and pepper, all alongside a pot of my favorite hot coffee beverage. Oh, I'm hungry!

I'm a 35 years old an have been practicing healthy eating in my teen years. Avacados have been part of my diet along with red palm oil and a concise decision to stop consuming soda or juices for over 20 years. In my 30s, as this experiment continues, I now look and feel better than most people in their 20s with no signs of aging, including crows feet, or wrinkles. When I told someone my age they immediately thought I was lieing to get a older womans attention until I showed them my ID. They were shocked an attituded it to superb genetics instead of healthy eating but if u start early an stop with the mass consumption way of eating or using food as a reward, illness and aging will seem abitry to what we are told as kids.
Avocados are a disgrace.

We have a large variety of Florida avocados not sure about them being the fattiest in the world but we have a one that grows almost a foot long.
