I legit think you should look into moving to a low cost of living area in the US. Somewhere like NW Arkansas, OKC, a suburb of a large city in Texas, Montana, Asheville, NC, Tennessee, etc.

I have similar issues with the VA in the states. They got angry with me for going to the energency room one time and i had to argue with them about them paying. They said i should have made an appointment at a VA hospital. My counter was, okay, i make an appointment and you all set it for three months from now. I show up two hours prior and then sit around all day and into the evening, just to be told there are no docs available to see me and to reschedule. I reschedule and have to wait two more months to finally see a doc only to be told i need to see a specialist which starts the whole cycle over again. I told the lady in billing all this and ended with, "Yeah! Next time i have a fricking heart attack, I'll make sure to follow that procedure and possibly be seen in two years time! Pay the bill or just admit you want all your veterans DEAD so you don't have to deal with them anymore!". They paid, grudgingly. They're also doing the same thing of diverting funds to other things. Like my PTSD group sessions got cancelled due to lack of funding and then i find out a bunch of it went to keeping illegal immigrants in free housing and receiving a monthly stipend. Nice.

Each country has many pros and cons. Some have more pros than cons and some vise versa. But when it comes to across the board it’s hard to say America isn’t the best nation in the world.
I’ve been to Japan, Philippines, Korea, Vietnam, and China.
Everyone everywhere wants the same things. Happiness for themselves and their family, safety, and freedom of choices. I don’t believe any country does this better than America.
As Americans we are able to say how bad our country sucks but then live the privilege of being American daily. Even our poorest people are still rich in third world countries.
