I enjoy making videos, not neccesarily for the feedback, but mainly because of the creative process of making videos. I enjoy the editing proccess and watching the results afterwards, it's a bit of a creative high for me. That being said, the videos that seem to get the most views for me, like 1000 plus views, are the mall walk through videos, I guess people love malls :)
With feedback though, I would know that my subscribers are actually watching and are interested in the content that I'm creating. I guess what I thought was since I'm a a small UA-camr that whoever subscribes to me would become like a family of sorts and always be there letting me know that they truly enjoy the videos that I make. We'll people do like to shop you know.
That seems to be a common problem for a lot Tubers, it all comes to when creativity strikes you. Do your subscribers comment and let know what they think of your videos regardless of when you upload?
