    Great advice... I'm almost 61 and since my early 50s have focused on functional fitness, specifically core & joint stability to correct imbalances after years of Marathons/Triathlons between ages 35-45.

    Thank you, Dan, and of course, to Dr. Leonard Schwartz)!!!!!!!!! "BRAVO!!!!".... FYI: I just recently found Dr. Schwartz's book(s), and youtube videos!.... so, I built my own outdoor "Monkey-Bar" set, so that I can workout, on my patio, when the weather is suitable. I LOVE the concept of keeping the "aerobic" aspect of the workout, while trying to push along, doing multiple reps, and sets, doing both sides, arms, legs, core, and balance, along with stretching, and using dynamic tension, and "power of ten" concepts!!!.... May God bless us ALL!!!....
