My knee hurts and it shatters me not because it hurts but because my brain in a way has been trained to care so much about the pain. So I'll do shit like not schedule scans etc because I'm so distracted by the depression when I should just live my life as best as I can. in the end it's absurd and fixes nothing. But it's also encouraging knowing my problem is more in my brain than in my knee. More control over it. I will be fine but it might take some more time

I let everyone down and I’m so tired of doing it but that’s all I’m good for. I get so lost in my mind, so paranoid and anxious and it’s never going to change. All my loved ones deserve so much better than some sad, anxious, paranoid fuck up who ruins everything
i love this song so much. i still remember the first i heard it. i was so infatuated with each instrument and the song of his voice towards the end of the song. i just replayed it continuously for a long time.
