I love the white kitchen with the stainless steel appliances and wood countertops. Timeless elegance with modern efficiency. Thank you for sharing this video with us. 😊
White drawer cabinets with stainless ovens, fridge and faucet. White sink. White backsplach. No glass doors. You need closed storage not open decorative shelves. I would also do the backsplash to the bottom of upper cabinets. With lights under the cabinets.
Thank you for asking our opinion! I think go with black appliances since the slider door to back patio is black. Such a small area so the black will tie it in. Love watching and thank you for the continued content. I never miss a new VLOG! ❤
We also have an Ikea kitchen. Our worktop is non-standard because there is a 85° angle in the corner. But we didn’t have to cut anything ourselves. I made a drawing with the exact measurements, including the angle and they delivered it in two pieces, completely ready. I just had to glue the two parts together after placing them on top of the cabinets with the glue that came with it, and now after 17 years the joint is still good. Not a drop of water can enter into it.
I’m not a white kitchen fan. But in this case I believe it is a great choice with the counter top stained a bit darker. I like the microwave on top the oven also. Can’t wait to see how it all changes together!
You have done a amazing job with the house.of course we miss Louis, but I'm amazed as I watched from the beginning as the house was so bad.but now..wow she is looking brilliant..and of course your camera lady the lovely Anna.. take care love your vlogs.xx.
Edd & Anna, the VoxThorp kitchen in white or grey is perfect choice! I would hesitate about the microwave/oven combo. The reason I had that in previous house & the microwave died & I had to replace the oven too even though was still good. Cheers Kirk
During the last part of the video you see that they are separate components (where Ed is looking at a bunch of ovens choices on a wall), the were just installed stacked together.
I have a kitchen with no handles on the cupboards and drawers…they work fantastically and we love them they don’t get caught on things like handles can …some lovely choices you are making .
Yes, you are on the right track! White with oak tops and stainless ovens. If you could incorporate the island in that other kitchen it would be great! And the hanger above the sink in the same kitchen!! Wow...
I like the last white cupboards. The smaller upper cupboards are great for the illusion of a bigger space. I think the stainless steel looks better with the white cupboard than the black does, however, I'm not a fan of the oven and it's heat being right beside the fridge.
Our old apartment had high-gloss bottom units in grey, and the top units were in white. It looked terrific, but surprisingly, the grey units showed up the dirt really quickly. I think it would look fabulous in white
For your space, I believe the white is the best choice with a dark countertop and stainless steel appliances would be lovely. Talking from a person who had white countertops, which were an absolute nightmare. I will never have white in my kitchens ever again. Thank you for sharing Ed and Anna❤
My kitchen reno, did a drop in white cooktop, below that a white wall oven and a white french door fridge and a white stone sink. Stone countertop, with some sage and gray variation, and moss green glass backsplash. Creamy white cabinets. Only stainless peice is the kitchen faucet. I didn't want to be cleaning stainless steel all the time. Kitchen is 30sq feet. Love everything yall do!
The bright white cabinets with the dark oak counter tops are perfect. I have drawers in my kitchen with a tall pantry cabinet and it is extremely easy to find and access everything. The white shiny back splash would reflect the light back. With enough drawers you don't need overhead cabinets if you have a large enough pantry cabinet. The larger refrigerator would work better with a family. Black appliances and black faucet. Also, I love the color tile and vertical placement in the second bathroom. It looks beautiful!
Thank you for sharing another wonderful video. Especially a huge Thankyou Anna and hello to Mr December 😍 Topless Edd in his Calvin’s!!! It’s rather like opening your advent calendar and having 24 chocolates in one go🤣😂🤣😘😘
I would go with the white. That kitchen is a little darker in natural light, but white is a universally popular color. I like the darker counter, too, and avoiding the cost of handles is a plus.
Love the choice of the white glossy kitchen. My advice would n=be to go stainless steel as the black will so every hand print on it . Thankyou for sharing Anna and Edd 😘😘
Ringhult with the oak…but then I am 👵🏼 with a bad back!!😅 You would know what younger buyers would go for!!! I am finished buying houses but redesign often in my head a handy waist level kitchen for a restricted person!!! Love what you will choose!!
14:30 -14:37 that is a kitchen I would put in my home...including the buffet with the light in the back...ohhhhh yes and than wallpaper with little flowers 😀 yes I would love that...french country style
I like the shiny white cabinets with black appliances, and oak countertops will add a nice warmth to the overall space. I personally would add a bit of color or pattern with a backsplash, though, to bring the white, black and wood tones together. (I've always found the all-white and stainless kitchens to be reminiscent of the inside of an ice cube.)
I’d go white as it’s a rental you don’t want a colour that will age too quickly, can I also recommend the stainless steel trivets, lamplig, from IKEA I have three dotted around my worksurface to protect from hot pans straight from oven/hob. Not a lover of tiles in the kitchen, the grout gets grubby but glass wall protectors are good behind hob and sink, just saying as you asked, whatever you do looks great x
White with stainless. Wood counter. The micro and oven combo, don't. If one breaks down, it would be costly to replace. Best to purchase it separately. Glad you took Anna along with us!
We had the same set up with ovens - top one was a microwave and a fan oven as well as the normal full sized oven underneath - it was a brilliant set up especially for Sunday lunch!
The third white kitchen with oak countertops is the best so far, it would make the kitchen look larger. Stainless steel appliances are more sanitary that's why restaurants have commercial grade stainless steel kitchens. Edd, I agree with you the melamine looks bad, but I would go a few shades darker or white with dark gray and blue spectacles or medium solid oak. Under cabinet lighting is vital, keeping the cook from cutting oneself. Three levels of lighting make a safe kitchen. You are so talented; the both of you. The place is so nice that it will sell quickly, if you decide to sell it.
Your work is amazing, Ed. The choice of tiles, Anna, is perfect. How about getting a pair of work coveralls? That's what a lot of construction guys use here in the U.S.
Looks so good. I thought you were supposed to put adhesive on the wall and also a wee bit on the back of the tile. Maybe I’m wrong. Really excited to see it all coming together.
Ed, a lazer behind you would help a whole lot, you would have realized early the herringbone was getting out of square early, there real cheap these days for a simple lazer. I love the shiney cabinets, easy clean up, nice big storage, what ever you decide I know it will look good, be well friends.
I totally disagree. I feel white is fresh, modern and very clean looking. I chose white with black granite countertops as appliances. Also prefer the island to match cupboard colour. Good point about the door handles, I have 40 between cupboards and drawers that adds up very quickly.
We have purchased closet storage in the shiny white from Ikea. My concern for that is (especially if you are going to rent out the space not sell it) it will mark very easily, (scratches for one). I am in total agreement on having the kitchen bright and open. I would either take a grey and white door home or bring 2 or 3 tiles to Ikea to compare the looks that way. As for the appliances black would look sharp BUT it shows every little bit of dirt/dust, extremely difficult to keep from looking smudged. So stainless it is.
I think your future Tenants/ Owners will love the renovation of a traditional house, but would love a modern Interior, Go white on the Kitchen, always good, you must keep it clean 🤣
Kitchen with under counter spotlights, lovely work surface and splash guard gets my vote. The window in the kitchen is great for growing an herb garden. What are you planning to do with the open floor space that leads out to the private lounge area?
Love your choices for the kitchen (either black or stainless appliances would work). The only thing I'm not crazy about is the white backsplash--think it will be too stark with the white cabinetry. Maybe something with a little more color or interest?
🙂22: 40 stainless looks much better with this combo than black...I am not a fan of shiny kitchenfronts but if they only look good in big kitchens ...but tha´s just my opinion.
Go light in kitchen as it's a dark area with pops of color in tile. The white with quartz counter was better. The green nah. You have limited counter space go quartz. It doesn't stain or need sealingso you can prep on it without worry
Wow!! You guys are awesome super couple.Just my opinion, small spaces, lighter colors & lighter appliances. With glass cabinets, it gets greasy/dull quick😮.Requires frequent cleaning. Inside glas/dishes too.😅 Loved stainless steel micro/oven combo. Love your show.❤❤🎉
The trouble with no handles, the drawers get dirty very quickly, it is easy to wipe a handle if, when cooking, you have to grab something in a drawer with dirty hands, I have both types of kitchen in two different properties and I much prefer the one with handles! Glass cabinets are also a pain unless everything inside always looks pristine and similar.
Completely 100% agree!😊
White with stainless is my vote. No matter what, it will be very pretty!
I think white with the stainless fittings ❤ wow going to be Fab guys 🎉🎉🎉 which ever you go with xx thanks for sharing ❤
Not black...finger smudges always show.
I agree white and stainless steel. Also like those panel (glass?) Splash backs.
Agree!!! I do like the wall type fixtures in the first kitchen too!
Thank you for asking our opinion! I think go with black appliances since the slider door to back patio is black. Such a small area so the black will tie it in. Love watching and thank you for the continued content. I never miss a new VLOG! ❤

I would say, being in a small place, white would be best. Nice and bright too.
I’m not a white kitchen fan. But in this case I believe it is a great choice with the counter top stained a bit darker. I like the microwave on top the oven also. Can’t wait to see how it all changes together!
Edd it's so nice you get Anna opinion on the color of the kitchen. You are a very nice man. Anna you better hold on to him. Love the both of you.
White kitchen lovely and fresh and bright .
love the shiny white and wood tops stainless ovens .
You have done a amazing job with the house.of course we miss Louis, but I'm amazed as I watched from the beginning as the house was so bad.but now..wow she is looking brilliant..and of course your camera lady the lovely Anna.. take care love your vlogs.xx.

Good to know that!
During the last part of the video you see that they are separate components (where Ed is looking at a bunch of ovens choices on a wall), the were just installed stacked together.
Much preferred the white kitchen you looked at with the stainless ovens
I have a kitchen with no handles on the cupboards and drawers…they work fantastically and we love them they don’t get caught on things like handles can …some lovely choices you are making .
Same!!! I’ve been in kitchens where my belt loops or pockets got hooked on the pulls. And those long pulls on that one kitchen are very sharp.
Shiny white with oak top and stainless ovens for me. I prefer the white kitchen you liked first.
Love the white Kitchen with no handles. Also closed uppers are really better than the glas ones ( the mess indeed)
You can also place strip led lighting under the cabinets to brighten the kitchen .Just a thought
Yes, you are on the right track! White with oak tops and stainless ovens. If you could incorporate the island in that other kitchen it would be great! And the hanger above the sink in the same kitchen!! Wow...

Personally white and dark top with stainless thank you for sharing 😊
I ❤ the gloss white with the tiles and think stainless would be a good choice for the appliances, would give it a sleek look with the gloss…
I love the white cabinets with stainless steel appliances ❤ Thank you for the Ikea decor tour! The green bathroom tiles are looking gorgeous!🥰👍
Fabulous as always. Possibly a safe choice.. white with stainless steel. Absolutely loving 3 vids a week. Take care.
Our old apartment had high-gloss bottom units in grey, and the top units were in white. It looked terrific, but surprisingly, the grey units showed up the dirt really quickly. I think it would look fabulous in white
I can’t believe you guys are actually to the point of looking at kitchen cabinets. I can’t wait till it’s done. It’s looking really amazing.
For your space, I believe the white is the best choice with a dark countertop and stainless steel appliances would be lovely. Talking from a person who had white countertops, which were an absolute nightmare. I will never have white in my kitchens ever again. Thank you for sharing Ed and Anna❤
That white kitchen would look fantastic.
I agree the 1st white kitchen is best ❤
Can't wait to see the finished master bathroom
White with stainless appliances will look fab 👌🏼 and the wall oven / micro combo is a true back saver !!
I like white with stainless oven & sink etc. with top, I would add a cutting board, they don't use countertop.
Oh la la!! I choose Ed's (demure) public wardrobe change!! Thanks Anna:)
I like the one you both like it’s nice and fresh ❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧
Hi Edd an Anna, love to see how far you have come sending lv Ann uk ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Absolutely lovvvvvvvveeeee the gloss white...with the tiles you have picked...it's going to look soooo very classic
Great choice in the white!
Interesting shopping trip
White with black ovens. I love the work top as a splash back too, as in one of the displays.
I love the tiles
Oh I love the tile. Good job!
You can't go wrong with a white kitchen and stainless steel appliances. It's a timeless choice.
👀💟 love the colour of the tiles 👍
Always like it before I even watch 😂
Me too 😅
Thank you for sharing another wonderful video. Especially a huge Thankyou Anna and hello to Mr December 😍 Topless Edd in his Calvin’s!!! It’s rather like opening your advent calendar and having 24 chocolates in one go🤣😂🤣😘😘
So many choices for so many different kinds of kitchens.
Hi Louis!❤❤❤
I would do stainless ovens with all that white.
I would go with the white. That kitchen is a little darker in natural light, but white is a universally popular color. I like the darker counter, too, and avoiding the cost of handles is a plus.
❤to many choices 😮😊I’d never be able to make up my mind 😂
Edd's attention to detail is remarkable.
Love the choice of the white glossy kitchen. My advice would n=be to go stainless steel as the black will so every hand print on it . Thankyou for sharing Anna and Edd 😘😘
I like the Ringhult kitchen! 🥰
So many choices ❤ good luck deciding ❤
Stainless with the white. The black appliances and white is quite the stark contrast.
Ringhult with the oak…but then I am 👵🏼 with a bad back!!😅 You would know what younger buyers would go for!!! I am finished buying houses but redesign often in my head a handy waist level kitchen for a restricted person!!! Love what you will choose!!
White gallery kitchen would fit, bring light, & can maximize functionality.
Those tiles were great. Know both bathrooms will be so attractive.
Grey with stainless appliances with the lighter oak countertop. I think this combo will be more dramatic and more interesting than white.
14:30 -14:37 that is a kitchen I would put in my home...including the buffet with the light in the back...ohhhhh yes and than wallpaper with little flowers 😀 yes I would love that...french country style
Stainless ed.👍
White w/ stainless. Gloss black would show every fingerprint. The only drawback to "no handles" is that it a great catchall for crumbs.
White handle less kitchen with marble tiles and oak tops, black oven and microwave. Smart!
Marble stains easily... might not be the best choice.
I would go for the white cabinets with the marvel counter tops & black appliances. I
A great choice for the kitchen!!!
I think the grey would go nice with the floor tiles myself
I liked the white oak that was toward the beginning, but no handle versions are great. And, definitely only drawers
I liked the dark cabinet kitchen.
Bijoux house is coming along nicely guys! Great choices, can’t wait to see what you pick!
looking fab. im sure you will pick the perfect kitchen. love the bathroom tiles.
Pretty tile!

I like the idea of the black ovens over the stainless steel
Hello from Massachusetts, U.S.A., Great color and very organic. Happy Holidays !🎄🎄
Your work is amazing, Ed. The choice of tiles, Anna, is perfect. How about getting a pair of work coveralls? That's what a lot of construction guys use here in the U.S.
You can install frosted glass in the top cupboards with lighting which will add another layer of brightness. ☺️
The white with the stainless appliances and darker wood counter top. One large sink is best. No glass on cabinets.
Looks so good. I thought you were supposed to put adhesive on the wall and also a wee bit on the back of the tile. Maybe I’m wrong. Really excited to see it all coming together.
It’s only necessary to "double butter" on large format tiles
@@BordeauxLifeoh ok.
I miss the pigeon! 😄
Contractual issues….. plenty more pigeons knocking around 🤣🤣
I like the shorter uppers
Ed, a lazer behind you would help a whole lot, you would have realized early the herringbone was getting out of square early, there real cheap these days for a simple lazer. I love the shiney cabinets, easy clean up, nice big storage, what ever you decide I know it will look good, be well friends.
Go for the beige kitchen! Shiny white is difficult to clean and has a steril hospital vibe..
I totally disagree. I feel white is fresh, modern and very clean looking. I chose white with black granite countertops as appliances. Also prefer the island to match cupboard colour. Good point about the door handles, I have 40 between cupboards and drawers that adds up very quickly.

I vote white cabinets , dark wood counter tops!
No glass cabinets !
Stainless steel will help to reflect the light around the space.
Spoilt for choice🤔 ☕🍰💐☕🍰
Love Sue ❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
The white kitchen was lovely. I don't like glass cabinets in kitchens ❤
Kitchen with under counter spotlights, lovely work surface and splash guard gets my vote. The window in the kitchen is great for growing an herb garden. What are you planning to do with the open floor space that leads out to the private lounge area?
It’s going to be a living room / dining room
Love your choices for the kitchen (either black or stainless appliances would work). The only thing I'm not crazy about is the white backsplash--think it will be too stark with the white cabinetry. Maybe something with a little more color or interest?
White and stainless finish in appliances. Having a built in fridge freezer with same door to tie in will look good
🙂22: 40 stainless looks much better with this combo than black...I am not a fan of shiny kitchenfronts but if they only look good in big kitchens ...but tha´s just my opinion.
Love stainless but it’s hard to keep clean. Black would be more of a classic choice.
Go light in kitchen as it's a dark area with pops of color in tile. The white with quartz counter was better. The green nah. You have limited counter space go quartz. It doesn't stain or need sealingso you can prep on it without worry

Practicality and durability is a better choice than looks.
