I enjoy every video. Don't pay attention to the keyboard warrior's that don't understand that beavers in farming drainage systems is the same as having Rats in their homes. Both are pests that cause issues of their own. None of the people worried about the beavers would tolerate a mouse or Rats live in their homes. Keep up the good work!!
It’s obvious that a number of people never had beavers invade their property, so they don’t know the damage they do.
Rodents are rodents. Naked tail, bushy tail, flappy tail, it doesn't matter.
I like how he looks for a while, and then picks out just the right stick that will cause the collapse. Good work!
Like how you undermine the dam, thinning it out as much as possible and watch it finally give way resulting in a big flow. Something cathartic about it.
That is/was, an incredible amount of water!
The stream was pretty powerful for quite a while.
Another great job my Friend in another Country.
Kudos! Keep up the nice work/channel.
Great videos!
Another great video, thanks for the beaver building explanation. Please keep doing what you do and don’t take any notice of the negative comments.
Thank you for the great dismantling this day. Excellent water flow. Enjoy your weekend, and see you soon, Mantas! 🇱🇹🙂👍🇺🇸
can you put a camera about 50 meters down stream so we can see the water come rushing down, that would be fantastic.
I thought the same thing!
They made a good job of that one, they knew you'd be back !! 🇬🇧🇬🇧😁
Watching the little green island floating down the stream made my day🎉😊
The first down river camera placement was perfect. Wide view. Actually both camera placements were good. Kudos, Good Job. Lots of water released!!
Thank you!
Always enjoy your videos. They are a real relaxer for me. 👍👍😊❤️
That was AWESOME 😎
Great job 👍👍👍
Lot of force behind this one,..great job,..
Well Mantis it’s nice to see the little fur balls are keeping you busy and us in videos 😂😂😂 thanks Sr.
awesome amount of water released. keep doing it
Draining fast good job.
Stupendous work. Others need to take lessons from you! Blessings.
Artistic hydro erosion at its best. What an immense volume of water behind that dam thanks for your hard work 👍
All I got to say is it must have driven you nuts when you couldn't get out and do this! Ever since you started back up you have been super busy! I love watching it collapse and listen to the water flow! Thank you for making my day a little brighter 🌞
That was a lot of water moving! Stay safe!
You are the king! 👍🏻
Anoyher fine job, you are so methodical the beavers don't stand a chance. God bless.
We have re-introduced beavers in uk, to help ease flooding issues. Personally I think we are creating more probs for the future, after watching you & other vlogers. They quickly appear more pesty than helpful. Authorities should spend more on dredging rivers & streams.
Mantas super great video. Just love seeing the dams come apart or collapsing in on themselves. David B.,Utah, USA. ❤❤❤.
1 way to look at the beaver problem, it’s just job security for you
Thank you Sir for this video
I really enjoy your videos...
Keep up the good work.....
thank you.
Great job that was fun to watch!
Super panie 👏👍👋🇵🇱
Another good one.
Great job, Jack, RI, USA
Cool video. Enjoyed watching ✌️ 😎
nice collaps in no time
Love watching these dams self-destruct!
Another awesome job 👏 ❤
You sure do work hard to remove these dams, and its obvious that you enjoy ehat you do, which is good. Take care of yoursrlf and your lovely family.
You really do enjoy your work, can tell by the way you go at taking down the dam.great job, great video.hope your new car is working out,be safe and look after that beautiful family of yours .good job.😎😎😎👍👍👍
Awesome
That’s a ton of water good work
It’s amazing how you know when the dam is going to collapse.
Great video mate, I enjoyed that one a lot.
Hay Papa. The drain was almost at equilibrium, before you cut to later on. When the water behind the dam was equal to the water in front of it. I was wondering if digging out the channel would have drained it further, but it just drained by itself. That was a good amount of water held behind that dam, and only two weeks to rebuild it. Beavers are very industrious !!
this one was awsome good job
Greetings from the BIG SKY OF MONTANA..
Nobody can make a dam collapse as well as you. 🥰
Good one!!
Cool video. Stay safe out there.
I think that collapse was the slowest one I’ve ever seen you do mate
THE BEVERS HAVE MADE IT WIDE AT THE DAM
Coolbeens
You put in all that work and the beavers were like, "Naw," came back and rebuilt the dam within two weeks. Those beavers don't play. lol
Wow! Great job 😂
Nice collapse! Keep up the good work!
good vid. like seeing these dams broken up.
Did anyone else see the snake 🐍 in the water just before the collapse? 😮 😊 ❤ 🇬🇧
Wow!!!
I'm always amazed how you know what branches to remove so the damn will
That's a pretty spot, on pretty day. I hope you had a great weekend Mantas.
Yeah, thanks!
That is so much water

😀
Australia 🇦🇺 🙏👍🏾💕
Wonderful videos. Do the beavers ever try to defend their dam? Do they ever threaten you?
Time wise varies from age of beavers 🦫 material etc every dam that is rebuilt or fixed is different every time. They are good/bad animals combos of little of both
Another great video 👏do you ever see beavers when you are at the dam?
The shallower the water is the harder it is to rebuild the dam. This means no white water or ripples in front of the dam. The narrower the cut the easier it is to open the dam if it is repaired. The narrower the cut the water has more force to wash away what you pull out of th front of the dam. Anything above the waterline does not have to be removed. Opening the dam every second or third day is often enough to deter the beaver from rebuilding the dam. Getting the dam opened to the level of the downstream bed is critical there is a lot of mud that needs to be removed. Dropping the water level that far in two hours is a great result.
Most beavers never use old materials to build a dam. Does your beavers use old materials to build?😊
See you in 2 weeks again!😄
You do great work. I hope you get paid well. It's not easy what you are doing. Excellent as always!!!
UA-camrs will make money as long as advertisers pay them to advertise products. Sooner or later they will move onto the next thing and overnight youtubers will have no income.
You might want to consider working on the back of the dam first to increase the water pressure on the dam. Then the front portion will be more likely to collapse dramatically.
Experiment idea: After removing a beaver dam, come back every day to disrupt any rebuild efforts and maybe also do further clean out up and downstream. Does this encourage beavers to emigrate elsewhere?
Do you ever see any fish going over the dams?
Is all that sand and mud from silt trapped?
beavers thinkin "WE JUST FIXED THAT!!!!!" hahahahahahahhaa
your thumbnail made me think
your UA-cam channel is a channel draining, draining channel
What is the strange looking thing sticking out on the left as you look at the Dam
Is the sound of the current as soothing to you as it is to us?
Sure!
Nice collapse ,very methodical. Are the insects out en mass yet to bite and sting you? Tell The Elfa Hey
Do the Beavers get hostile when their dam gets destroyed ?
😂
Is there any other ways to encourage them to move quicker?
Removing what they build every day. Intermittent conditioning (removing the dam once or twice a month) will not convince them this is a bad location for dam building.
Also, if this is the beaver's secondary pond they won't be leaving, since their lodge isn't exposed.
Beavers do not live in lakes and rivers, they prefer streams and marsh lands that they can modify to meet their needs. To get beaver to move, one has to find their lodge and destroy that. with out destroying the lodge, the beavers just rebuild the dam over and over again.
Well, You will get your dose of satisfaction afterwards ;) This is good, yeah ? :)
@@Kenislovas I have dealt with beavers and trapped them for many years, and have blown up many beaver dams. To get rid of the beavers we sought out the lodges and demolished them, once that was done the beavers moved on .
Are there big fish in the water? At 5:41 something swims from right to left in the water behind you, and then something swims from the left side of the channel to the right side at around 7:06 (and 7:40 ?). I would like to think that it is the beaver coming to see what is happening. He stops for a minute to see you taking down the dam and he says "Screw it I'm outta here. We are moving". Although I know it is probably just a fish
Is that a new
Ukrainian rake?
Opening up a drain only buys time. Leaving the entire dam intact does nothing in the long run, as the return video demonstrates. A few conibear #330 will solve all the problems.
I`m surprised the beavers have not banded together and chased you from the dams you skillfully and regally demolish. HaHa. I hope your followers are giving you indirectly some financial support!
Some of them yes! ;)
Cook some hotdogs
Why🤔😀
Do you think your channel is so popular because you do everything in english?
Nice work!!! A lot of water
