I LOVE how he flies between the jumps but when you ask him to "focus" he's right there with you, and when you're done he's immediately ok to just walk. So good!
Love watching your cams. All the way in Zimbabwe Africa. I did eventing in a smaller way a few years ago and stopped due to financial constraints. I love watching it still though and also an avid supporter of all dressage comps. Thanks for these helmet cams...
Another fantastic ride. Munson was incredible but I had my heart in my throat a few times. He was fast! I mean hold on to your hat fast! He flung himself at some of those jumps! A really great ride!
Interesting how he were faster than Sharpie because the vid doesn't give that impression. Again he is getting better every trip. Taking you to the waters while still thinking that bit more than the others may well be a great thing when you dropping into deeper water with technical distances to next fence in the future. It's also one of the few times you didn't tell him to stop looking at fences you were riding past. Thank you for posting when you so busy.
Boy can Munson cover ground. I assume Munson Slew comes through Seattle Slew. Was he ever on the track? Exciting! ride and the thundering of hooves at the finish. Always feel like I am right there with you. I live my dreams through you. Thanks for taking me along. Your commentary during the run is so encouraging and supportive of your horse You have an good crew/team working with you. 👍👍 thumbs alift
I too was wondering about his name, I think he did race before Elisa had him but I’m not certain. The Slew part of his name does make you wonder if he is in any way a descendant of Seattle Slew, a brilliant racehorse who I think was associated, through genes, to the wonderful Secretariat, the fastest racehorse ever. He certainly has some speed.
Nicely done. Been watching some of the other runs on Videos by Patrick, hope he posts some of yours. Great to hear a limited number of spectators will be allowed back on course next month!
I love watching your videos and head cam clips. Really inspiring. I’m yet to get my mare to a cross country schooling course, but I’m working towards it now! I used to do cross country many years ago and wanted to event, but after a real crash of confidence I gave up and sold my horse. Twenty five years later, and here I am itching to get out again with renewed enthusiasm and confidence. Thank you so much for the inspiration. Lots of love from North Wales, UK 🏴 😊

It was funny how whenever you gave him a compliment he was like yeah I know
Watching Munson swallow up the land always takes my breath away a little bit. That thoroughbred heart always amazes me.
Can't tell you how impressed I am that you're still uploading while you're at Kentucky! Rooting for you this weekend!
Speed, confidence, stamina, what a great ride!
I absolutely love Munson he's speed is like lightning when he’s competing🥺🥺you are so lucky to have him🌻🌻🌻🌼🌼🌼
Good job! I love when you talk to him, and you can tell he is listening and 'minding'.
Always takes my breath away how Munson can fly 🚀

He gave it his absolute ALL!! Well done guys!! He deserves all the carrots 🥕
Quite a team you have there. Within seconds the horse is taken care off, saddle off, etc. Great to see.
The bird saying “wee” over some of your jumps was so funny hahah

I think she said somewhere that Seattle Slew is Munson’s grandfather
@@lusaclark9855 I believe that's correct.
@@lusaclark9855 Wow,thanks for that info, it will be really interesting to follow his progress with that in mind.
