Caroline has such a magical and powerful way with the drums. At 3:06 it feels like she is lifting the O2 right off of the ground with not a soul left behind.
To anyone who's wondering why Sharon's using the black violin on this particular song, it's because "Blackie" there is tuned a half step down - G♭-D♭-A♭-E♭ Instead of the GDAE. I kinda hate it when she's lazy like that and avoids playing the flats :/ And I believe this is what she did in the recording as well because the ring of the open A♭ string is so obvious
Sharon is one of the hardest working, most conscientious musicians I've ever seen. Doubt she does anything out of laziness. Nevertheless, its an interesting theory.
I love their passion...you can feel the love and joy when they are performing!
