I left in 94 couple of big changes with the apartment blocks but still recognise large bits. Main intersection at the broadway and at the church is much the same. M&S still there.Yhe North Star..The Mall etc.. Monty’s Indian still open. The Bell changed name…. Lived there 5 years would still know my way about as I cycled a lot in those days. Actually still have the bike I used 😂

I left in 82, you can imagine my shock when I returned and there was all this change, even my School next to Walpole Park had gone....
