4sb kicap cair
1sb minyak masak

2 sb minyak
3 ulas bawang putih
5 ekor udang
2 ekor sotong
1 liter air
4sb sos tiram
1sk garam
2 sk serbuk lada putih
1sk serbuk perasa
sayur sawi
6biji bebola ikan
3sb tepung jagung + air (bancuh)
1 paket tauhu telur
2 biji telur
Ingredients A
2 packets of kuey teow
4 tsp thick soy sauce
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp cooking oil
Ingredients B
2 tbsp oil
3 cloves of garlic
6 shrimps
2 squids
1 liter of water
4 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp salt
2 sk pepper powder
1 tbp seasoning powder
mustard greens
6 fish balls
3 tbsp corn flour + water (mixed)
1 packet of egg tofu
