doing sponsored videos are not about betraying your trust for the 100th time, every sponsored video does not mean I am just randomly sponsoring products or brands, I put thought behind my each collab and I reject half of the brands straight away coz I cant relate to them, you have no idea what goes on behind my paid partnerships so I think making assumptions and asking people not to trust me is totally not fair, yes you may form your opinion but I am here to tell you, all my sponsorships happen when I genuinely like the products and I dont see any harm in promoting products and brands which I already like, thats what allows me to keep creating videos right??

It's awesome that you're cooking fresh for every meal. I used to cook in bulk once a week for the whole week and that is so unhealthy.
I also meal prep sometimes as long as you are not keeping the cooked food more than 3 days I guess its fine
