Using the New NeoPass Feature

Today I'll show you how to create a new Neopets account with NeoPass. This is a new feature rolled out that will help manage multiple accounts into a main account/side account categorization to help prevent you from accidentally breaking the weird rules for the different kinds of accounts that aren't actually easily laid out officially.
