Ouch, this one made me cry. I'm a very quiet person, I rarely have anything to say, not because I think I need something interesting to say, I just don't have anything to say. I also naturally have a quiet voice, so I've been told I'm too quiet millions of times, every person I meet says it. So to hear the horse say that it's lovely the fox is there, and that he needn't be interesting just to speak/that he's interesting enough as is... it's lovely. This story reminds me of the little prince, which is my favorite book, so I think I will love this one too.
I have friends that are more than friends, they are family. And they would never think twice about my silence and would understand it entirely. Sometimes, I have interesting things to say. Sometimes, I have nothing to say. But they love me either way. And I think that is the lesson to learn here. Like it says in the other part of this story, "Doing nothing with a friend, isn't really doing nothing, is it?"

I moved to a new school where everybody knew and liked each other for years, they grew up together and had memories like no other. When I was around my friends, I would often never say a word or speak at all, simply because I thought that I had nothing interesting to say that would add something to the conversation. I felt like a ghost, following my friends wherever they went and always keeping my distance and staying behind them. I’ll never forget how lonely and hopeless I felt during that period in my life and I cannot believe how beautifully and so accurately the makers of the film portrayed the mixed emotions of the fox and his attitude in this scene. That’s exactly how I felt. Films and songs are always better when you can relate to them.
I get that. The first part at least. Didn't have friends in the school where that hit me the hardest, though. Only friend I had was this wonderful teacher who was the only one who even bothered to remember my birthday...

"Being honest is always interesting" is simply beautiful. I find difficult to be honest in my interactions with people. I never really say how I feel about things to avoid coming across as different or rash. But I'll be more honest because it's interesting and makes you a more intriguing person, being that many people aren't honest in this world.

There is no topic to raise, and the matter has not developed in the slightest. I have started pointing only with my hands and my face. The thing is, it's not an interesting thing to say because I really don't have anything to say and I'm tired of this situation because I've become a terrifyingly quiet person, Everyone finds this strange. How can a person remain silent even in situations that should not be silent about? It is sad.. I wish I could gossip and speak even if only for a little while, because I have begun to gesture with my hands and face only. but whenever I look at this scene, it warms my heart to the point of crying...
