I agree the only thing that would make him next level is if he really gets into the 10 role properly and really goes at defenders assisting and scoring. If you’ve seen any of him u23 Academy videos you will see this guy is a BEAST when freely playing as a 10

His twists and turns, quick one touch, technique and attacking versatility are quite reminiscent of Alexander Hleb.
He is such a mobile player .What impresses me most about him is his movement and the way he finds pockets of spaces and his one touch passing is so underrated.Class player.Great video mate keep it up.
The way he progresses and controls the ball is unbelievable, once he perfects his passing and long balls he's going to be LETHAL
Smith Rowe is such an elegant player with so much flair to his game, but the thing is he barely has to do any unnecessary skills to achieve that. He's definitely gonna be up there with the best later in his career if he don't get affected by injuries. 👑

Just his game awareness and quick release of the ball have made a huge difference. Stark contrast to someone like Ceballos and Xhaka who take too much time on the ball.
Ceballos is overrated xhaka definitely not good enough

Think the match against Liverpool showed how Odegaard is more effective against opposition who sit back but struggles when he doesnt have time on the ball. Emile's game is quick passing and constant movement. Was sorely missed alongwith Saka and Xhaka. We're so average without them.
We were worse than average against Liverpool, a lot worse. We could hardly string two passes together
@@fredthelegend7673 Arteta got his team selection wrong big time. God knows how he expected Ceballos to do Xhaka's job, very apparent he underestimated Liverpool's midfield. Add the front 3 who were so disconnected, it was awful to watch.
Now that Tierney and Luiz is out, Mikel's egoistic squad management will come to the fore. Could have had Guendouzi (Xhaka), Saliba (Luiz) AMN (Tierney) but he's chucked them all out on loan and persists with Ceballos and Willian. Doesnt even use Martinelli, Nelson, Balogun. Fans need to stop "trusting the process" cuz its nothing to do with inexperience and everything to do with his ego. Ofc he's a brilliant tactician but thats all he has.

Quick, intelligent and hardworking, I love this kid. He should always be a starter in this team together with Saka, Tierney, Partey, Martinelli, Gabriel, Mari, Leno, Cedric and Lacazette. These are the few players that are reliable in the team, the rest are junk and should be disposed of in the summer.
He truly deserves the big 10 jersey

the lad looks good and if he wants to go anywhere we might give him a run at LFC as a squad player and let him fight for a 1st team place and i think he would push a few lads at liverpool in fairness,whatever he does i hope he gets better and goes on to great things you can see he gives his all when he plays very mature for a young lad as well fair balls to the lad !
a unique no 10, his close control of the ball will only get better with every game, already improved in pre season

Transfers over next two windows-
We need Fekir to compete with Emile in CAM, Buendia to compete with Saka on RW, Hakimi to replace Bellerin, a rotation for Tierney in LB like Tagliafico or Grimaldo and a CM to replace Xhaka in Sabitzer or Bisouma. Mat Ryan on permanent and Odegaard and Ceballos may go back.
We can have Martinelli and Auba on LW, Laca and Balogun in CF, Buendia and Saka on RW and Emile and Fekir in CAM.

The opening words are similar to what southgate spoke of Saka. Its great to be a foden at city or sancho at united. But to be esr or saka level is a differe t story . Only grealish would get it.
