When we opened this Podcast channel , our priority was that as Cinema Geeks we want to talk about different subjects which might not fall in the "Populist" category. Yeah , sure these videos might not get us the views or traction that lets say a normal review would , but as a team passionate about all aspects of CINEMA , we really feel proud to do this. Thank you everyone who took their time out to watch this ❤️ - Team Finally Bengali
Interstellar ta jetei hobe ❤🎉😊 kotobar je dekhechi but IMAX theatrical experience is a must Matthew Mccoughaney crying 😢🎉❤, Jessica Chastain's emotional breakdown 🎉❤, Matt Damon as an antagonist 🎉❤😊, Timothee Chalamet's first big break and most importantly The Docking scene and the black hole capture 🎉❤😊
Modern trend taa naa se yaad aya... I saw Adaalat (amitabh film) with my parents in our local cinema hall. That was the 90s. Today I learn from wikipedia it is a 1976 film , when my father was himself a teenager 🤣
Well it's not a jeet specific subject . Yes his films are notorious in not getting a OTT release but we have other bengali films as well which don't have that. Thank you will make one some day .
i hated the movie bachna ae haseeno back then and loved YJHD, barring the 💩 ending of yjhd. I have seen both movies in life EXACTLY once, but I will forever cherish bachna ae haseeno in tracing a man's Psyche through phases in life. YJHD barring music, sets and Padukone is fluffy nonsense, including the dumb ending. Kalki's character had the most sensible outcome in the movie. The confused yet logical ending of Love Aaj Kal is far more superior to YJHD
Of all the 4 films you mentioned in this , I watched 3 of them in theatres other than Bachna Ae Haseeno I missed ..first movie of Ranbir I watched in theatres was Ajab Prem ki gazab Kahani 🙂
@FinallyBengali I watched Bachna Ae Haseeno in bhaadaa VCD.. with jumping audio 🤣🤣, scenes cut out.. Songs grew on me because of FM and then Bluetooth MP3 shares . I still remembered the elements after "getting" the film in internet era, so I connected the dots.. because barring the flirting n the live in... mentally I had been through all those stages that character had so I realised it actually is an underrated film. Hence male psyche evolution story. In a way, you can consider it a companion piece to Gulshan Devaiyah film Hunterr because ultimately similar themes but told with more palatable presentation here than the "steamier" Hunterr

Capital is one thing but oije icche ta ? Otai nei. That's the issue . And I think the state government also has a huge role to play is this which unfortunately they never contribute. Single screen theatres bachano theke shuru kore this film restoration thing both required technical capabilities and manpower along with investment which doesn't happen here . Also regarding the attitude problem. Well lemme recommend you a very interesting interview of director Pratim.D.Gupta ( maker of films like Saheb bibi golam , Macher jhol , Ahare mon and recently Chalchitro ekhon) , in one his interviews he said that there is this attitude that he has seen in every part of our film industry which is very negative . From the lightman to the spotboy on set sobai ke naki ghuriye ghuriye kaj korate hotoh, ekta kaj er oniha tini lokkho korechen in every part of the shooting floor while working recently. I was really shocked to hear that . - Subha ( Team Finally Bengali)
