At 12ft Wide, Interior Space would be around 10.5 ft wide. At 10.5ft wide that would leave no room to put a bathroom in right next to a bedroom, even if the bedroom would be the size of on in a Camper at 8x8. It would be better to build the bedroom using the full width of the shed and putting a Door on the left or right and put a Small, Even Full Size Bathroom in Front of the Bedroom and it creating a Hallway with entry into the Bathroom in the Hallway. I live in a 34ft camper, 28ft actual Livable inside. My Bedroom is 8x8 and have a 3/4 Bath in front of it and a Hallway. Then Kitchen in front of Bathroom to Share the wall for Electric and Water. Then Living Room. So with a 12x40ft Shed Converted to a House, I could actually get 2 12x8 Bedrooms ( one at each end ) , Full Bath, Kitchen and Living Room. Plus My Added 12x12 Porch could be converted also... Hopes this Helps..
Unfortunately everything costs so much now. Our floors have lifetime warranty, LP SmartSiding has 50 year warranty, roofs have 30 year warranty and our wood studs are the same as houses are built with. So you should be good for much more than 20 years!
My roommate passed away they kick me out the house me and my dogs never think I know where to go that's what I'm looking for a decent building so me and my dog should have somewhere to go and I can get my life back going

Go to a homeless shelter, get on food stamps, get a job, save up some money (no drinking, no smoking, no discretionary spending)... buy a cheap piece of undeveloped land, buy building materials, build your own house. It's way cheaper than you think. You can learn everything you need to know here on UA-cam. God bless & good luck 👍
I've been a dealer for 10 years and the majority of them don't get repossessed. But just like every other finance option it does happen even people with great jobs, credit and savings fall into unfortunate times.
@@ReReadThat I don't get paid when it gets repossessed. I only get paid commission when I do my job and sell a building. I'm not sure there's any sales person that works solely off commission that wouldn't want to be paid for their skill, time and effort. But just so you know Derksen only gets paid once from the rental company. And I don't work nor get paid by the rental company so you'd have to get with them on any further concerns that you may have.

@@ravenlorans the building is 12 wide, we don't measure from eave to eave like other companies/states. So it's 11'5" from stud to stud.
The bedroom on the left is 11'5" x 11'5" from interior stud to interior stud.
Well at least it has electric if it was cheap enough could be ok all these buildings cost so much now and probably won't last 20 years
