I hope this interview helps folks. Can't help but notice some orange flags here so wanted to pitch in with some feedback. Feel free to interpret it however you deem fit. 1. Your camera is off while you requested the interviewee to keep the camera on, its rude and unprofessional to not extend the same courtesy you expect from the other side. If one can't because of personal circumstances then they should pass over the opportunity to someone who can, this is an opportunity for the interviewer as well to create a nice impression of the team/company that he/she/they are endorsing here and this sends a rather nonchalant and uncaring message. 2. It's a debatable fact as to the interviewee was having some external aid or not but you were surely reading off a script yourself which is evident when you fumbled on your own questions a few times. You did not followup on any of the questions but just moved on to the next ones while there was plenty of room to followup and dig deeper. A mature interviewing technique is to start from somewhere relevant to candidate's experience and branch off depending on outcome, so that you can either go deep or pivot off to another topic if need arises.
Interviewer just reading out the questions she dnt even bother to listen what he is trying to explain and even we cant understand her questions properly cz of poor pronunciation....
I think the candidate is using some AI tools. He is repeating questions because AI tools need 3-4 seconds to analyse the questions and provide answers. Example FinalRoundAI tool
he is typing and getting answers , so that he is asking every question 2 times.
Even interviewer and candidate both are same school

Ask the candidate 😀

@@devopsbymeenu0812 this is my opinion and feedback.

he was asking to repeat because her voice was little low
looks like HR needs to brush up on her English pronunciation skills
