Round Off Back Handspring Back Tuck From Ground Up (2020 National Congress Presentation)

This is a progression video of primarily one gymnast learning round off back handspring back tuck from the ground up. This is the process I take every gymnast through to learn the foundation of upper level tumbling. If they do not understand these drills, you will have a very hard time teaching them the understanding for double backs, fulls, double fulls, full ins, and everything in between. Hope you enjoy.
