The UDA party had memorandum of understanding with partners like ANC and Ford-Kenya.If he sacks Mudavadi it means the collapse of that agreement. Also if one feels Mudavadi's is unconstitutional one can challenge it in court.However is the Ministery Of Foreign Affairs also unconstitutional 😂😂😂
