Didn't you read my text in the video? Damaging strike is bugged, the extra damage applies right away (you just hit him with Dash strike and it does the extra damage immediately). Also, Lightsaber defense gives Maul 60% damage reduction during Spin attack

It's a nice setup, Dooku has a lot of good cards tbh, so I wouldn't be surprised if your loadout is different
