My heart never stops bleeding whenever i watch over this😭😭😭. He was such a great man who served his country with such utmost pleasure, love, compassion & passion for his job/service. We will never forgive the Uganda government plus the useless, selfish & heartless UBC management for having failed him out during such hard times😭😭😭. Atleast they could have solicited funds from all circles of life to see him live as he pleaded for Help to seek medication as it was recommended😭 What a crazy country we are living in! Rip Bbale Francis,I was so closed to him in uganda cancer institution during his time their up to his final day when the Almighty Lord called him back to him.
