Ashia for all the house problems. I know this might be of little comfort to you but don’t beat yourself up for choosing an old house because new ones can also give you problems. I can tell you from experience that a new house does not guarantee you a problem free life. I built my own house brand new and it’s less than 10 years old and giving all kinds of issues. My roof is leaking as we speak when it rains, and that’s even after paying for repairs of the same problem. Take heart and may Jehovah Jireh provide all you need!

Also, there were many times I had to boil all the chicken in my fridge and fry all the fish aswell so they won’t spoil when lights went out for days. I ended up eating chicken meant for two weeks in two days. The way I was pained! Chaii

Not to be a smart arse but in Kenya they say if you look for real estate, house, flat or land, always go visit during the rainy season.
If you see stains from moisture on the ceiling or the walls avoid at all cost.

Typical Bda person. When some body from Bda rent a house, they try as much as possible to make it comfortable. They do repairs, repaint, change toilet pots and more. Some even go as far as changing or tiling the house without asking anything from the landlord.😊
