Don't just upgrade level. Aside from supports, grade level and skill enhancements are super important. And chosing the right memory also important. Since it's Yuji, find any memory that gave huge physical technique stat, and the effects that boost physical technique as well. Also, playing ssr yuji, focus on using his S2 a lot to self buff him. Buff can be stacked in this game

Did you upgrade the grade? Also, atribute advantage is a big factor in damage, see if you can use a friend unit also.
