House Flipper 2 - A British Terraced Home - Sandbox Mode - Build and Tour!

- Welcome back to House Flipper 2 on PC, in this gameplay video I'll be building a British Terraced Home using Sandbox Mode in the Pinnacove Suburbs.
This build is something different as it's actually built from memory of my late Nan and Grandad's home. I wanted to recreate this build as best as I could from memory because I've always thought this house design was cool and I also have a lot of cool memories here as a child.

This build might not be everyone's cup of tea but I'm glad I built it as I'd been thinking about it for a while now and finally jumped at the chance to make it. ^_^

I love it!! You done such a fantastic job, it looks so real from the outside like looking at a photo of our lovely old British house designs haha. It certainly puts my British terraced homes build to shame haha. I'm so happy you made this build honestly it turned out amazing. 🥰😊

That grey box in the garden with the black door is almost identical to the one my grandparents had in their garden, it was called the 'coal cwtch' (I'm from wales) and as the name gives away, it was used to keep coal in for the fire. A beautiful build by the way, i must admit i do prefer these type of houses than the modern ones, these have a more authentic feel about them. Also is that picture in the living room on the fireplace of your actual grandparents? If so that's a lovely picture.
I had a feeling it was for storing coal and funnily enough I did ask my mum when building it what it was for haha. thank you for the kind comment, really appreciate it and I must admit I prefer small builds to larger ones and I don't mind making modern style ones but I then struggle to fill the spaces I make haha. Also, yeah that picture is of my actual grandparents. ^_^
Does anyone know if the ps5 version looks like this
I'd say the PS5 probably has a bit more contrast in comparison to the PC version but not by much imho. ^_^

Great job .. i have been in a few council houses like this … you should do a back to front one where the kitchen is at the front and living room at the back as there are alot like that near where i live

I am new to the game so not well up on the building yet but this would be brilliant to download if you ever decide to do
It took me a while to get into it and going back to House Flipper I found it very confusing, you'll get there eventually though! ^_^

I’m really good at interior design (at least I think so) but I can’t build the base of the house. Any suggestions on how to improve?
If you mean the whole shell then I'd say consider the number of blocks wide vs blocks high and it'll soon come together, treat the first person view as your own eyes and you'll soon be able to tell if a ceiling's too low or a hallway's too narrow etc. ^_^
It takes some getting used to and I'm still learning too but aren't we all? Every day's a learning day and you'll get the hang of it. ^_^
