First do 7 k then for a while add 1k then 1 day do it all once.
Like I started at walking then upgrades to runs.then my runs we re 5 at 30 minutes then 6 then 7 then 9 then did 10k at 1hr and 30minutes as times goes on I did 10 1hr
And u going to longer distance u must pace urself do that u don't get tired quickly
