honestly i have noticed new players rushing through part 1 by getting a whale carry from the new follow feature. then skipping EoR and then brute forcing with the combination of that and CS revives through early Lost belts. have seen their shitty skills levels and being limited to only a few servants. i see no reason why they will have trouble. welp unless they are doing all that in one sitting.

Ik what you mean but most newbies in my experience are boarding on the Waifu/Husbando bandwagon (not a bad thing characters with distant and unique personalities and mindsets are a keypart of nasuverse in general). Most of them don't even think about the story till they are like in London/America/Camelot (Yes im fully against the skip button montage). most of them tell me they will binge it in free time (no clue if they do). and in their defense i know the story is kinda slow pitched in the early parts especially if you are in a rush. But then again every small detail put more character into the said character you came for. not saying what's right or wrong way to do it for you but it is what it is.

I like Yu Senpai a lot so I am going to use Gray as a support for her because I think both of their NPs in an NP chain is actually good strategy and combination since Gray's Buster and Quick down and Senpai's Buster Overcharged so the damage would be enormous.

The NP charge is great, but seeing those crit star numbers make me sad her Blessing of World’s End isn’t like Lancer Alter (Crit buff and Crit star absorption). She would be fantastic if her NP was Quick as well, but... she’s good as she is. Best grave keeper, would pat again 10/10.
Spotlight that I really waiting for. I don't have Semiramis or Shuten but have Cleopatra at NP1. I have been relying on Scathach assassin to farm any rider nodes because I feel Cleopatra at NP1 damage pre-interlewd slightly weaker. At least all Gray skill buff are guarantee and I just realize she need bones. Welp need to start farming those bones again. Thanks for the great spotlight as always.

Thanks again for the spotlight! Seems like a decent AoE Assassin in an overlooked niche, a good alternative to using Fuuma or (Kirei Forbid) the Phantom. Though have to say, those skill mats look...painful, to say the least.
If I got Summer Okita later this year which means that I manage to get the last released 5 Assassins in FGO cause Charlotte is in the FP Summon, Gray is welfare along with Ushi's teacher, and I got Kama by pure spite.
Most of my AOE assassins are at max bond (Shuten, Cleopatra, Summer Scathach and Semiramis) only a few ones like Summer Ushi, Kato Danzou and Fuuma are nearing at max bond so gettting another AOE assassin is indeed a blessing
I have NP2 Shuten on pure chance (she spooked me on every attempt I made to roll for Ibaraki), but her lack of charge means I will likely end up using Gray instead most of the time, unless it's a particularly powerful enemy that Passionlip somehow can't blast down.
I would've loved a Gray when I was new-ish. 20% charge + np5 NP is pretty big for farming, if you aren't ready to loop yet. Just those 2 things make her very good imo.
I Freaking Adore Gray so Freaking much!!!! I've been looking forward to her ever since I first heard of FGO JP getting the Case Files Collab 2 years ago, so I'm most certainly going to be doing everything I can to get her, and I'll be Leveling up her First 2 Skills to Max as soon as possible, because I've been wanting a Servant to help me with Bone Farming (aka: Undead Farming), so I intend to use her A Lot!!! She'll be getting plenty of Headpats from me, and I wouldn't be surprised if she ends up being Bond Level 10 in a Year's Time, that's how much I think I'm going to be using her, and that's saying A Lot, since I do have Shuten, Semiramis, And Cleopatra, and I Love Cleopatra A Lot too!!! ^_^
Who needs np 2 or above when there's work arounds to that through both multiple np uses in 1 turn and how certain servants raise np level which for na we got Edison and kama and jp added dino waifu and himiko only I think himiko provides the best version of that skill so far.
Gray and her being with Waver is one of the best thigns in CaseFiles and oh boy this make me think, if i wouldn't had gotten Cleopatra in Halloween 2 just by luck (i wasn't even trying for her XD) to this day farming Rider will still be a pain until Gray show up XD (yes i know Scath Summer exists but i prefer my Assassin farming with a Charge or a NP Gain that isn't so bad as Scath...), waiting for CaseFiles Event, it will fun!

I’m still working on Camelot. I know I’m not going to get her on the first run, but I’m worried that unless I skip Epic of Remnant altogether and plow through the first two Lostbelts I’m going to miss her in the rerun as well. This is one of my beefs with FGO, they shove events down our throats, and don’t give us time to savor things, or we miss something else.
You don't need to clear sin you are only need to clear the introduction if you read the story it will take something around 2 hours if you don't then just skip it and you will be able to play the event
She will still be my first AoE NP assassin of rarity higher than 3* (geez, why are there so few AoE NP Assassins). She will join Protea in the anti rider farm team (I do not have the sick support roster that streamers have that can Buff and NP charge spam a single dps servant)

The fact that Gray is considered a good farming assassin despite her somewhat mediocre kit really just highlights how bad the F2P lineup of Assassins is. Honestly, Assassins in general just aren’t a great class thanks to that annoying damage modifier turning most of their damage into wet noodles. Besides King Hassan, Shiki, Semi and Kama, I really can’t think of any exceptional Assassins, they all seem to range from okay to garbage.
Please tell me her event isn't another mission-based one; I can barely bring myself to finishing the Guda 3 rerun because of how much of a pain in the ass it is.
Unfortunately it is mission based, almost all the collab events are. I agree it was kinda dumb on their part to squeeze so many mission based events back to back (CCC, Guda, Case Files)

I am never tired of Saberfaces
The fact that Gray is considered a good farming assassin despite her somewhat mediocre kit really just highlights how bad the F2P lineup of Assassins is.
Honestly, Assassins in general just aren’t a great class thanks to that annoying damage modifier turning most of their damage into wet noodles. Besides King Hassan, Shiki, Semi and Kama, I really can’t think of any exceptional Assassins, they all seem to range from okay to garbage.
Almost all ST assassins with multiple hit counts are good. Then there's Hyde, Sanson, and Mata Hari (who's not great but yeah she needs a buff)

Please tell me her event isn't another mission-based one; I can barely bring myself to finishing the Guda 3 rerun because of how much of a pain in the ass it is.
Unfortunately it is mission based, almost all the collab events are. I agree it was kinda dumb on their part to squeeze so many mission based events back to back (CCC, Guda, Case Files)

I have the opposite problem since I lack good single target assassins. Got Shuten and Cleo for that aoe.
