I gotta take the time to thank you for putting these videos out. Where I started watching you tube channels like millennial farmer and cole the cornstar,, among others,,, for just a different take on the farming that I do,, I think I happened onto your channel when I was looking for pointers on how to do something. ,,, I really appreciate your honest work and mostly how you don’t use your channel to promote your beliefs/religion (if you have any)....I couldn’t care less if you believe in god , leprechauns or unicorns,,, that’s each persons choice... .. You just get the job done and get after it,,, and,,, you take us along with you.. cheers! My friend,,, keep up the outstanding work!

banana1259 ,,, thanks,,, I have started to un subscribe to channels that continually choose to push their religious beliefs,,, they sneak a 2minute sermon into their 15 minute video and ultimately get paid by UA-cam to preach..

When Briggs and Stratton is shut down and the grass mowing season is still early yet, your videos have been a enjoyment to watch in a time of uncertainty in this country. I grew up on a small family farm and learned my lesson at a very young age to be on time to do my chores by my Dad. I always thought he was a mean pr*** for doing it but it was a life lesson and its still stuck with me today at the age of 41. Stay healthy out there in Navarino and everyone on this channel. Haha dude you are like my role model these days😂 awesome mechanic skills good management skills self motivated. Guys work in the shop with me and they take out their cell phone to send a text message and I get pissed off. I wouldn’t be able to handle Nate. But at the same time just a few years ago I was doing all the same things he does...He’s lucky to have a good boss and a mentor like you. That’s what I had too. Thanks for another great video. Wishing you and your family and employees safety during these strange times we are living in

We had an attendance bonus. it was two tiers, if they were late less than half hour during the two week pay period, they could earn half bonus. If they were late over half hour or missed, no bonus. I think it helped attendance. I still remember the expression of one of our guys when he looked at his check with no bonus.

The best treatment for Nate’s hangover is some nice warm humid air from a dairy barn then after that stacking a 1000 or so small squares in a barn usually fixes it. If he has problems with an alarm clock Andy could call him every morning when he starts his day

Didn't hire anyone because that justified the the bosses job over me. What a real shit show that was. Could only count on about 6 people to do their job and really get the job done. I was a school bus mechanic 20 years ago and all the u-joints and king pins you've been changing bring back memories. Sure could have used those tools you have now. We had brass bushings and had to ream them out till the pin slid through, then later on we got nylon ones. That was a nice change. Thanks for the videos.

When you install shaft in bearings you should have inner race of bearing supported, Pushing shaft through without support n cause dents in the inner and outer race and the balls reducing bearing life. I was taught this at a koyo bearing class.
