I get so aggravated that my home is skipped over I hear Chicago and Michigan and Ohio..it's almost like Indiana doesn't exist....it happens not with just you but all weather channels....why it it that we in Indiana are ignored???
Central IN here! 👋 I was hoping to catch a couple of good storms, but we've just gotten a couple of small downbursts here and there. I think it might just be how storms have to hit a certain way to really pop off here. I'm always thankful for no tornadoes, but a cool-off period would be nice! ☀️
I feel like Indiana is always going to get whatever Ohio or Illinois gets on the bad side. For instance severe thunderstorms in Illinois and clear sky’s in Ohio - Indiana is getting tornados. Also I love Indiana, much better state than Illinois for everything.
@@aelainem Terre Haute and Bloomington, Indiana were hit hard with severe storms Tuesday this week and some are still without power due to downed trees and power lines. (Straight line winds) According to Duke alone 68,000 households were without power, with most (not all) being restored within a couple days. I was caught out in it on US 41. Temp went from 90’s to 70 in a flash. My grandson watched radar and told me when I could leave the gas station that I had pulled over at.
I suppose we will have to get used to this crazy weather, it must be our new normal. 🤷🏼♀️ Yay..another tornado risk for Pennsylvania! Stay prepared and stay safe everyone. Thank you for the update Max, appreciate you!
Ugh. All the flooding here where I live, and we got yet another 0.68" of rain overnight. "Make it stop" is right! Still, it's better than the 2 years of drought we've just come through.
Buy electric ..stop burning fossil fuels. Clean energy is better for the environment than burning dirty fossil fuels… hopefully we are not past the point of no return. I have a hybrid I bought in 2016 it’s very efficient no regrets . Very fast goes 450 or more on the 8 gallon generator side. 57 miles on battery. Which you plug in. I use it for city driving. Very cheap to drive. After you do the math! Use the generator side for highway driving..

My wife and I just moved out of bellevue nebraska to east tennessee. We rented a manufactured home and this year was just to much. We got caught out in the Derecho on May 12th at 3am trying to get to some kind of safe structure and that was enough for us
Oh yeah thanks for the warning we had we had bad weather I live in Johnstown Pennsylvania the trees came down the winds the rain was just really weird looking so yeah we'll probably get some more of it tomorrow and tomorrow Saturday so I tried to watch you but you went offline with the storms and we lost power

Hello from Utah! Family in Illinois…they live in Macomb and swear there is a “Macomb Dome” that prevents it from raining there this year. Goes north or south
I live right on the border of northwestern Pennsylvania and 10 minutes away from Ohio, and we've somehow dodged the bullets around the Erie and the Pittsburgh area, but I have a good feeling we won't be so lucky too much longer as it seems Saturday im in the bullseye. Thanks Max
Max, you rock. I'm in Michigan, north of Detroit. I've really appreciated your coverage, both the forecast and when you are calling storms live. Keep up the great work.
All: If you want more accurate forecasts and a much better video presentation, check out Ryan Hall. He’s a much better and more experienced meteorologist and has a foundation fund to help people after weather disasters to rebuild. He is a humble, decent guy. The guy on this channel gives off a cocky vibe.
I like both of them. They have different personalities, but both do pretty much the same things. Max is apparently working more often and getting more viewers, but Ryan Hall isn't lacking. He will be back when he's ready.

I live in North East Ohio, The "Ohio Valley" if you will. We are constantly right on the edge of significant storms. Our area is odd in how it's right near the lakes. It can both increase our storms and kill storms coming in from certain directions. So I guess we'll see today!
Was in Akron for a winter and a spring My car couldn't do the hills in the snow. Tires were bald and I was too poor for new ones, so I did a lot of walking. Things greened up real pretty in the spring and I played some lovely rounds of disc golf
Goddamit Iowa!!!!!!! Not again!!!!!!! From Des Moines. Ugghhhhhh I hate thunderstorms!!!!!!!
